Welcome to Hedge House our very spacious, newly renovated and stylishly appointed 1960s house. Located in the heart of leafy Toowoomba, only minutes from Queens Park, cafes, private schools, St Vincents Hospital, CBD. A 15-minute drive to Gabbinbar and Preston Park.

Open plan living and dining with stunning parquetry floor, opens onto north facing paved area and beautifully landscaped garden. There are 5 bedrooms accommodating 8 guests.

Fully ducted A/C throughout home for year-round comfort.

Hedge House has modern features but styled with elegance & charm creating great ambience.

With its north facing aspect, the morning sun drenches the living/dining area. An enclosed terrace invites for morning tea/coffee.

Spacious main bedroom has a four-poster bed, sitting area and elegant ensuite.

There are 4 more bedrooms (2 queen, 1 king single room and 1 single).

Fully equipped new kitchen including dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, oven and stove top. Full laundry with washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. The lounge and main bedroom have smart TV's with Netflix, and Wi-Fi.

A beautiful electric fireplace creates atmosphere as well as warmth.

Ducted air-conditioning throughout.

The home has a single lockup garage with control-a-door which has internal access to the house.  There is room for a further car in driveway.

Port-a-cot and highchair available.

Small fully fenced sun-drenched yard with outdoor table setting and BBQ.

The property exceeded everything we had read about it. The site description sounded great but when we arrived it was something else. The generosity of our hosts and all the goodies left for us was an unexpected delight. It made for a wonderful few nights away.

Family short stay

Fantastic property for our family stay together for a wedding. Ample room for all 8. Provisions were generous & within walking distance to shops etc. Beautifully presented property with everything you could need. Highly recommend.

Wonderful location and plenty of room

From the pleasant welcome to the cheery farewell message our hosts were warm and helpful. The Hedge House met our requirements for a family get together. The house is clean and well appointed. Located on in a nice area with small group of shops within an easy walk.
