BSV8912: Hosted and managed by Blue Sky Villas Luxury Vacation Rentals. This professionally furnished 4,500+ sq. ft. 10-Bedroom, 6-Bathroom home in Windsor at Westside Resort has a maximum occupancy of 22 guests total. Located near Disney, shopping, and dining. Highlights include:

Room for whole family

My family had to travel from different states to Fla for a funeral and this was perfect to house everyone under one roof and to give us much needed family time togeter.

Great experience!

Great experience! Plenty of room and close to the parks. Very good communication with Blue Sky Villas. Only disappointment was that the clubhouse pool was closed the one day we planned on a big pool day with the little kids! Best part of the house was the pool!

Family Trip

The home is beautiful, theater was real nice just to hot no air conditioning they did bring a fan, we enjoyed the swimming pool the kids had a ball, the house was furnished with everything you need the only improvement I would suggest is put more bath cloths in the bathrooms. Great trip. Anything we ask for or needed Maintenance took care of it.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the experience was good, except for a few things, such as the air conditioner going out and the springs in the mattress in one of the guest rooms poking out, causing my relative and her grandbaby to have scratches on their bodies and uncomfortable sleep.

My family and I had a really good time when we stayed here. One thing that I did not like was that I had a medical emergency (major surgery) and the owner was not willing to refund any of my stay, but I also realize that I did not purchase their insurance. There were a few things that happened that required their staff to come out to the house. First our dryer stopped working, we also had an issue with cleanliness, we couldn’t find remote remotes for certain TVs because they were not in the correct rooms, and there were towels in the dryer from the previous guests.. We found old cereal in the house as well as other trash and medication’s. I think it could have been dangerous if my kids would have found it. Also, the furniture and fixtures were quite old and need some sprucing up. The house itself was really nice though and overall, the team was super responsive. Anytime we had questions within business hours they reached out to us within a couple of hours and had someone come over right away to fix the issue. I think some small updating and some attention to detail would really help but overall, I would definitely stay here again. I also wanted to mention that the pool was fantastic and very clean and also the heater worked fabulously. I have stayed with my family at other homes and no heater has been as good as the pool heater at this property. I look forward to booking with them again and appreciate their ability to resolve issues and send out help immediately. We had fun!

Wonderful need garage ac/heat portable unit

It was wonderful beautiful home. Just need a big commerical size fan or portable ac/heat unit in garage. It was too hot enjoy that room only little small broken blade fan that made so much notice watchin movies we gave up In that room. Invest in a AC/Heat Portable unit plugs in wall sit in the room other than that it was great love it

Vacation Rental Review

This is a large home that can accommodate a large family and children. I had a small issue with the pool/hot tub getting hot and I reached out to the office and the issue was resolved the same day. I recommend with a large family that you bring your own linen because there were only a few provided. Overall, I rate this home a 4.5 out of 5. The reason for the 4.5 is the carpet needed cleaning and the outside trash container was full of trash and was not removed prior to our arrival.

We do provide linens on all beds and towels in the bathrooms with extras in the closets. We do apologize for any inconvenience the carpet and trash caused you. We have notified our team to schedule a carpet clean accordingly. In regards to trash, unfortunately, the previous guest was not able to place the trash bags outside before the community trash vendors came through the area. We do understand your frustrations with this, but rest assured the community picks up the trash daily and was able to remove it the next day. Great Space for Thanksgiving

We had a good experience with this property. It was spacious and clean. The house accommodated our family 20 people nicely. I had to contact the property manager upon arrival to inform them of a broken tray in the refrigerator & the pool heating & I got a response right away. The only issues is the parking. The homes are extremely close & no room for more than 4 cars to park. We rented a big house to accommodate a large family, many of whom were driving in from different states & cities and there is a limit to amount of cars….

Please note that the community is responsible for parking policies and procedures, and has specific rules that are explained in the check in letter as well as at the time of booking in regards to the limit of cars that may be parked in front of the home. For future reference, there is additional parking provided at the clubhouse for any overflow parking for visiting guests. Please note that the home does have a maximum capacity of 5 vehicles. There was minor issue with us finding a small snake in the theater and sadly when pest control arrived they were not able to locate the snake. However, the property manager did her best to make us feel comfortable and compensated us for not being able to use the theater. The customer service was amazing and I would 100% book again. New Beds Required

Multi-family trip, ages 1-75. Cons Beds extremely uncomfortable, could feel the springs. Even had to move one adult and put a child in their bed as it was so uncomfortable. Outdoor furniture needs cushions. Couldn’t lay on loungers. Not enough seating in living room All recliners in theatre room are broken and don’t recline Ice maker was broken (they did bring us a bag of ice when we asked about it) Pros Pool temperature was great Lots of towels Beautiful kitchen island and everything you needed in a kitchen was there Pool toys available Resort offered free arcade, splash pad, and lazy river which kids loved No backyard neighbours Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Me and my guest loved the home. It was roomy and very clean. The colors and decor was up to date and customer service was Stella! There were a few things that I had issues with and addressed them with the property management of which they handled in a timely manner. I know they will read this so I hope they will take actions to my suggestion and I don't read my concerns from other renters in the future. I would highly recommend this place and if I can offer renters advice, please check out the house on your first day and report anything that is not working or broke. One big thing is confirm you have heat in the pool (if you purchased it) and make sure the jets in the jacuzzi works. Just check the house out on day 1.I loved this home and I would rent again. My guest enjoyed their stay during my first annual women's wellness retreat.

The house was exactly as pictured, which we appreciated. However, there were a few things that made the stay less comfortable for a large group. There wasn’t enough seating in the main living area to accommodate our entire party, and the recliners in the “theatre room” (located in the garage) didn’t actually recline, which made them uncomfortable to use.For a group of 16, the kitchen wasn’t stocked with enough large pans, and there was only a single half‑sheet baking pan, which made cooking for everyone a bit challenging.On the positive side, management was very very responsive to our issues. We really enjoyed the heated pool, and overall we had a great time together. That said, due to the issues mentioned, we wouldn’t choose this property again.
