Resort-style settings with a lagoon style swimming pool make this property truly unique in the area.
This beautiful villa is situated in a tranquil, quiet, gated estate.
It comprises two Bedrooms (B1: Q-bed with ensuite; B2: two S-beds), two bathrooms and Netflix.
All Forster attractions and beaches are in close proximity, with a walking distance to shops, gym and tavern.
You can park your car in the garage. There is a space for the second car, in front of the garage. Trailers can be parked outside the estate.

Close to everything yet in a quiet and secluded area. Would have given 5 stars but the pool had a bit of debri in it and not sure about whether it was cleaned daily.

It is a common pool, managed by strata. The pool is cleaned once a week, on Wednesdays. They do everything by the book, so I believe that this is a standard.

Great place , close to shops and near our friend. Everything you need is at the villa which is in beautiful surroundings.

Forster is a great place for a beach holiday. Townhouse close to shop and short drive to a number of great beaches. Pool in complex great, would return to this accommodation

The property was spotless, the cleanest we have "ever" stayed in. The host Teresa was very engaging. The gated complex was excellent and we felt very safe, it was very quiet, the pool was excellent and clean. The host thought of everything you would ever need to make the stay comfortable and relaxing. My mum and I travelled with her daschund and he loved it too. We would definitely recommend this property.

The property was pet friendly and perfect for our cavoodle. Great location with pet friendly beaches close by that were available before 9.00am and after 5.00pm.Beautiful accommodation set in a very quiet location with everything on your door step. 5 minute drive to many gorgeous beaches, parking at the beach was always available.Great shopping centre across the road with Woolworths, Coles and multiple other stores and cafes. The accommodation was a lot bigger than it looks on the photos. Very well maintained, huge main bathroom, lovely ensuite with walk in robe off the main bedroom. The kitchen is newly renovated with every item you could possibly need. I would recommend this property to friends and would stay here again. There is also a small pool available however we did not use it as we prefer the beach.

Forster Fabulous

Stayed in this lovely unit in a gated complex. The place was quite large, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The owner made themselves an available to easily communicate with. We loved the location, very central to beaches, shops and restaurants. Her had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to others.

A home away from home

We really enjoyed Teresa’s apartment! It’s nicely appointed, very clean and spacious. As a family with two teenagers, we had everything we needed for our stay. We also appreciated access to the lock up garage.

Perfect 2 night stay

We loved the location, the pool and dryer. Everything was clean and in good order. Great directions and instructions left. We would definitely recommend it to others. We will book again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and a superior level of cleanliness. It’s a very peaceful and quiet spot - yet so close to everything in Forster. We would definitely stay here again.

Great option for family holiday accommodation

This villa was fabulous for our quick weekend getaway but would be ideal for a longer family holiday. Spacious, very clean and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Forster.

Lovely little Villa

Lovely, spacious and clean. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Close to everything we needed too which was great. Luckily it wasnt to hot as air-con wasnt working. Also the mattress was to firm for us. other than that loved it.

Thank you Bianca for you feedback. Before your stay, I wasn't aware of the aircon not working. Since your comment, I have ordered a new aircon to be installed just before Christmas. I personally prefer a firm bed, but I am going to put a bed topper, to make the bed more comfortable. You have been a perfect guest, please visit us again. When you come again, you will find everything improved, up to your standards.
