This residence boasts three generously-sized bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an ensuite, two distinct lounge areas, and a cosy wood fire. Step into the spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, equipped with modern amenities, leading out to a sizable deck that offers captivating green vistas of Daylesford. Two immaculate new bathrooms, with the central one featuring a luxurious deep soak bath, enhancing the overall allure of the property. Abundantly lit with natural light, this exquisite home comes complete with heating, cooling, a washing machine, a Sonos speaker and an extensive secured yard for leisurely enjoyment. Please note there are a couple of steps in-between the renovated sections of the house.

Pembroke is conveniently located within walking distance of Daylesford Vincent St shops, Lake Daylesford, and the renowned Lake House restaurant. Leave your car parked for the duration of your stay and relish the exceptional combination of location and charm that Pembroke Daylesford affords.

Perfect getaway

Perfect cosy getaway. Very well equipped. Lovely garden and beautifully appointed cottage. Small walking distance to shops and Main Street.

A lovely weekend with family members in an ideal location close to town and just enough for our old doggie to meander up for a coffee. The garden and cottage were lovely and the weather was finally kind to us

Overall we had a,great time

Unfortunately i had not realised the house was not all one level..there is a high step down from the dining/lounge to the kitchen..i misjudged the step and to break my fall and not go head on into the kitchen island..jarred my knee pulling a tendon..ended up.on crutches..unfortuately to get to bedroom after this happened caused a few issues as well as being able to have a shower..spent most of my timelaid up on the couch while rest of family got a bit of sight seeing in. House is not designed for any mobility or disability isssues.. Otherwise a lively house.

Hi Christine we are very sorry to hear of your fall when you misjudged the step. Your correct the house isn't suitable for for people with mobility issues as the photos show it has a few internal steps and a few steps also to get on to the deck. We wish you a speedy recovery and are glad that otherwise you enjoyed the house.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming house in Daylesford, and it was an unforgettable experience. The house is perfectly situated just a short walk from the town centre, making it incredibly convenient to explore all the local attractions, shops, and restaurants.From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the property. Every room was spotless, and it was clear that the hosts take great pride in maintaining a high standard of hygiene. This attention to detail made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.One of the standout features of this house is its pet-friendly policy. As a pet owner, it can be challenging to find accommodations that welcome furry friends, but this house was perfect. My pet felt right at home.The overall ambiance of the house is incredibly cozy and inviting. The decor is tasteful with a warm and homely feel. One of my favorite features was the cute fireplace in the living room. It added a wonderful touch of warmth and charm, making the evening especially cozy and relaxing. I felt completely at ease.In summary, this house in Daylesford is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a clean, pet-friendly, and cozy place to stay, with the added bonus of being just a short walk from the town center. Relaxing Getaway

This property is beautifully furnished and presented. We felt at home right away. It was immaculately clean, and has very comfortable beds with quality linen. Central heating kept it all so cosy we did not bother with the fireplace, but it is all set up if you love to relax by one. Easy walking distance to the main street and lake. Property managers very responsive and available if needed. Highly recommend, and would return in a heartbeat!
