- Luxurious 2nd-floor studio
- Option to rent adjoining units for larger groups or families
- King-sized bed and queen sleeper sofa
- Stone-framed gas fireplace
- Kitchenette with two-burner stovetop, toaster, coffee maker, hotel-sized fridge, microwave, cookware, and dishwasher
- Private outdoor balcony with Mount Mansfield views
- Marble-finished bathroom with a soaking tub
- HDTV, Wi-Fi, and fine linens provided


Exclusive Amenities:
- Ski-in/ski-out access
- Free self-parking for one car per condo per night (valet parking available for an additional fee)
- Heated swimming pool, hot tub, and pool towels included
- Ski valet and Alpine Concierge® services
- On-premises dining options, retail shops, and access to activities at The Lodge
- Fitness center and spa access (included with salon or spa treatment; otherwise, available for purchase)
- Stowe shuttle service during ski season, plus availability of taxis, Uber, and Lyft
- Bath amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, lotion, and paper products

Things to Know:
- Saturday arrivals and departures are not permitted; arrival and departure are allowed on other days
- No daily maid service; the room is cleaned prior to your stay with fresh linens and towels (mid-stay cleaning and additional services available for a fee)
- We're happy to offer a price-match guarantee with The Lodge at Spruce Peak (Timberline Studio). Simply email us your quote and we'll provide a lower rate.
- Vermont Tax (10%) and Community Resort Fee (4%) apply to rates
- Guests must sign a rental agreement after booking confirmation
- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old
- No smoking of any kind
- No removal of studio items outside the property (such as coffee mugs, towels, blankets or kitchen items). We do inventory before and after your stay; you will be charged for missing items.

Great place to stay

We stayed here for our 40th anniversary and had a great stay. Unit was as described and we had great communications with the management. Can't say enough good things.

Perfect spot

Amazing space, very thoughtful amenities, sparkling clean. We stayed only two days but could have stayed much longer and been as comfortable as on day one. Can't wait to go back

Perfect ski week

Can’t really beat staying at the spruce peak lodge for convenience to shopping, food, and the amazing skiing! Unit was spotless and well equipped. Had a blast! The Property Manager was super responsive and answered our calls immediately when we had an issue with parking. But everything worked out great! Highly recommend!

Perfect lodging for a ski weekend

Check in and check out were seamless. Perfect location for onsite stay at the resort. All the amenities worked perfectly. The hosts provided pancake and maple syrup which was a nice treat!

Good spot for the winter

Pros: Clean - has everything you need Nice big pool Bar side service Onsite dining options if you need to venture out Perfect spot if you plan to head up to go skiing to save hassle of parking at Stowe Dog friendly - couldn't find many options in the area to bring our elderly dog Cons: Everything is expensive at the resort; we ventured off campus on eve for dinner and it was 1/3 of the cost with better drinks/food Valet - love/hate - we were in/out a lot and our kids kept forgetting stuff so having to call the valet each time was a little annoying but they make it easy through an app.
