Boutique Accommodation for Couples

Little Bank House is a totally renovated 1 bedroom apartment designed exclusively for couples. Located in the heart of Tamborine Mountain and a walk to almost everything 'local' - its the perfect spot for a quiet couple of days together. If you'd like to stay in and prepare a meal there is ample cooking space in the new kitchen. Relax in the comfortable living area which opens onto a large cover deck overlooking trees and gardens. Relax. Unwind. Breath!

We are long term residents of Tamborine Mountain and love the quiet, safe and friendly atmosphere. There are plenty of rainforest walks, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. Tamborine Mountain and Bank House Studio - the perfect place to unwind in total comfort.

Little Bank House sits right in the middle of the Main Street of North Tamborine allowing you to walk to numerous coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, the village greengrocer, butcher, baker and much more. The Tamborine Mountain Shopping Centre is only a short drive or brisk walk away and you are close to the popular Gallery Walk shopping precinct where you can pop along for some much earned retail therapy. The famed Tamborine Mountain National Parks are also nearby to allow for enjoyable and energising walks through the amazing and unspoilt subtropical rainforest and to take in the views and waterfalls.

Warm, cosy winter escape

Perfect couple's weekend escape at Little Bank House. Cosy cottage within walking distance to delightful cafes, restaurants and Cauldron distillery. Thanks once again Jane for hosting us.

Cant wait to stay again!

Absolutely the best place to stay and Jane the owner is the most lovely person. I forgot my dresses in the cupboard and she mailed them to me the next day with no worries. The place is beautiful, well maintained and within walking distance to cafes and restaurants, and just a short drive to all that mount tamborine has to offer such as winerys, nature reserves and boutique shops. We hope to stay there again soon. 😍

Little Bank House Mt Tamborine

Restful short break with my husband in this immaculately maintained property. Well-appointed apartment in a very quiet area of Mt Tamborine within walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Stay

Very convenient location but quite noisy due to the hardware shop next door. The shower has no door so water goes everywhere and the exhaust fan doesn’t seem to work so the bathroom steamed up badly in no time even with the window wide open. The lack of flyscreen on the porch was really disappointing because the mosquitoes meant we had to leave it closed the whole time. Was nice and clean.

Perfect mountain apartment

Apartment looks exactly as pictured. Great set up and perfect location for our weekend away with wineries and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely recommend and will book again.

Solstice stay

When we first walked into this apartment we were totally blown away by how perfect it was. It was new and clean and private and fully stocked with everything we needed. So close to all the amenities of this beautiful town and the managers were very pleasant to deal with. We could have stayed indefinitely and been extememtly happy. I couldn’t recommend this place and these managers highly enough. You will love it here. Thankyou Jane and Ed ... this place was the highlight of all the places we chose on our solstice stay getaway!
