This top floor studio apartment for up to 2 guests offers a beachfront location and beautiful views of the Coral Sea in central Airlie Beach.
During your stay you can enjoy the complex amenities which include two swimming pools, a hot tub and BBQ facilities surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Free WiFi is also included in your stay. The unit has air conditioning and basic cooking facilities, making it suitable for leisure or business purposes.
The Space:
↬ The studio unit is very spacious with amazing top floor ocean views.
↬ In the kitchenette there is a microwave, portable stove top, toaster, electric frypan, kettle and bar fridge.
↬ Aircon and ceiling fan.
↬ Flat screen T.V.
↬ There is a balcony that over looks the ocean, main street of Airlie and beaches, great spot to sit and chill with wine and cheese.
↬ Beach/pool towels are supplied.

↬ Our Guests have access to the entire unit along with all the resort has to offer including 2 x pools/ one pool located at the restaurant/bar area (anchor bar) where you will also find the hot tub, the other pool is located up at the top block and down the steps.
↬ The restaurant/ bar is called The Anchor Bar they offer our guest a discount with your in room discount cards, enjoy a cocktail or cold drink game of pool & some of the best food you will find in the Whitsundays while enjoying the amazing ocean views.
↬ There is a coin operated laundry mat (washing machine & dryer). & there is a clothes drying rack on the balcony
↬We provide guest instructionwith all the required information you will require including wifi log in.
↬ The Reception is for resort guests & we have no affeation with them please refer to our friendy qualified staff for any information you may require.
The Neighborhood:
↬ The Resort unit is super close to Town, Grocery store called Woolworths, Shops, Bars, Cafes, Restaurants.
↬ The Port of Airlie Marina is only 15-20 min walk to, that’s also where the interstate bus terminal is as well.
↬ Fantastic views over Airlie Beach, beaches, mountains, ocean, islands and the marina from the units balcony.
Getting Around:
↬ Getting around is super easy, you can walk, Tuk Tuks, bikes, cars, we don’t have UBER here, only taxis, they are super quick to respond.
↬ Free car parking for those with a car, if you have something bigger that won't fit undercover there is also free street car parking all day/night close to the units location.
Other Things to Note:
This property is a spacious studio unit located in a resort in central Airlie Beach, offering amazing views over the ocean, islands, Airlie Beach, and Port of Airlie marina. The unit comfortably sleeps two people and comes equipped with a Queen-sized bed, air conditioning, ceiling fans, a smart TV, and unlimited fast/reliable WiFi.
Guests have access to two pools, a hot tub/spa, a bar/restaurant, and a coin-operated laundry. The restaurant/bar, called The Anchor Bar, offers guests a discount with their in-room discount cards and serves some of the best food in the Whitsundays while enjoying the amazing ocean views.
The property is only a short walk away from the main street where guests can find restaurants, bars, cafes, beaches, lagoon, and a grocery store. All linen and beach/pool towels are provided on arrival, and for stays longer than five nights, a linen change and general clean are provided for a small fee.
the unit is equipped with a bar size fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a small stove to cook on. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and vanity with a hair dryer.
Guests will receive a detailed guest instruction manual with all the required information they will need, including WiFi login, in their check-in message. Self-check-in is available after 2pm, and keys will be in a locked box just outside the unit door.

However, this is not a serviced unit, and the starter kit is the only provision provided.

Although we may not have the pleasure of meeting you in person, we have made self check-in easy for your convenience. Check-in time is from 2 pm, but if the unit is ready earlier, please feel free to ask us in the morning of your check-in. We will do our best to accommodate you earlier if possible.

A very steep, short walk up street to aptmt, but boy, is view worth it. Location is perfect.. unfortunately, schoolies was on and a lot used this resort, but they were pretty good. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, bars and marina to island trips. And Woolies 8 min walk. Will def stay again. External check in staff incredibly helpful, couldnt fault.

We loved it! It was a perfect place for me and my daughter. Cockatoos often came to visit us outside on the deck. The view is beautiful, but your legs pay for it by having to walk straight up hill. The location is excellent with Woolworths right next door and fantastic shopping right there as well.

when we first arrived we noticed the massive hill it was up on, but the view after walking up it was 100% worth it. apart from the small counter space to cook, hardly any freezer space, being able to hear every conversation from the room next door, it was a good stay at this place. I would recommend 1-2 people stay here

Stayed 3 nights at this apartment and honestly can say it’s the cleanest place we’ve stayed in Australia so far, it was spotless. The actual apartment was so spacious and had great facilities. The view from this apartment is worth returning for in itself. Bed was so comfortable and the TV is a great size. In the perfect area as it’s not too loud outside but it’s also close enough to be at shops and bars in 2 minutes.
