Sandy Shores 107 Side Unit on the Beach

This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This unit is fully updated with rich granite and cabinets through-out. New furniture in the living room really brings a contemporary coastal feel to this condo. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and a walkout door directly to the patio. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TVs.

Bed linens and bath towels are provided for 6 guests. Sandy Shores is directly on the beach so walk right down and put your toes in the sand.

Coin operated laundry is available on each floor.

As a John's Pass Condo's guest you will have access to our office services such as printing boarding passes, sending and receiving faxes. We also have on site maintenance to handle repairs in your condo if necessary. Come and enjoy the beautiful beach and the attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafe, restaurants, fishing charters directly across the street from our condos, via a protected crosswalk. This is a non smoking accommodation.

There is one assigned parking spot available for this unit.

The unit was clean and the beds were comfy. Our balcony was on the side of building but still had partial beach/Gulf view. Most likely would book again.

Madeira beach

Property location was across the street from John’s Pass . Pool was great . Plenty of chairs , lounges and tiki umbrellas. Beach was great with chair and umbrella rentals .

Great location

The location of the condo was wonderful. Walking distance to many things. However, the condo was dirty. Bathrooms were dirty, had hair in the tubs, there was also hair on the bed sheets. The floor seemed like it had not been moped in months.

We enjoyed everything about our stay, location, cleanliness was great.Some opportunities for improvement are:Have extra bedding - sheets/blankets/pillow cases for pull out couch - we had communicated that we would be using the couch TV in main living room needs to be replaced.

Well appointed. Property was in excellent location. We had to check out early due to Hurricane Debbie, but will be back to enjoy a full stay.

Great location

The place was nice. The location was perfect. You can walk to a lot of things from there. right on the beach as described. Didn’t really have to deal with the property manager much. We received check-in instructions and on The second to last day there was a power outage. But it was for multiple units and was rectified after a couple of hours. I would stay there again. It was a holiday weekend and for that price to be reasonable.

Girls Trip 2022

We only needed a quick weekend stay to start our Girls Trip 2022 off. The air conditioner wasn't working correctly when we arrived but the office responded quickly and we were cooled down before bed time. The location to the beach was absolutely perfect with only a few steps from the room and we had our toes in the ocean. The unit was clean and looked to be getting updated with new flooring and wall paint. We would definitely book this unit again in the future.

Our stay

The location of the property is wonderful. The condo was a little outdated and could use a few upgrades. The condo sleeps six but they only gave us enough towels for 4 and only 4 washcloths. There wasn’t any beach towels either. The property manager was very hard to get in touch with. I had a few questions before I arrived and he never got back to me. I had to call VRBO to ask why I was not getting any response.

Terrible experience

The condo was very dated and not clean. The sheets were stained so I went and bought new sheets and pillows for the beds so my kids would sleep in them.toilets ran the whole time. The freezer made loud noises the dumpsters were over flowing and smelled real bad they were trying to charge us for parking which was included the pool was freezing which when we book we were told it was heated overal missed advertisied

Disappointed

First, we had to wait for three hours to get checked in because the property manager did not send us an email telling us how to check in. Then, the space itself had not been cleaned, the bed said not been made, and there was leftover food in the refrigerator. Vrbo was extremely unhelpful, with their only suggestion being that I spend more money to rent another place and then I would be reimbursed. Not to do that, and luckily, we finally got into the dirty apartment.

Do not stay here

The initial arrival was great. Good location and nice and relaxing. However that first night I was greeted with a dripping sound. The second night I find out there’s a hole in the closet wall with the closet wet. I slip on water in the living room where it’s dripping from the ceiling and a bucket in where the air conditioning is filled to the brim with water. I message them and no one said anything back at all. The next morning I had enough and checked out Monday morning. I was supposed to be there till Thursday. I asked the individual on the phone for a manager to call me, he said they would. I have messaged multiple times and called back with no one contacting me back. Most unpleasant vacation ever.

POOR CLEANING, FULL OF DUST AND MILDEW

THE EXPERIENCE AT THE PROPERTY WAS UNPLEASANT. THE PROPERTY WAS FULL OF DIRT AND DUST. THE KITCHEN APPLIANCES, RANGE AND MICROWAVE WHERE FULL OF CRUMBS, THE REFRIGERATOR HAD FOOD STAINS, THE FLOOR WAS DIRTY AND SANDY. NOT ENOUGH TOWELS AND SOME EVEN HAD HOLES IN IT. THE MASTER BATHROOM FLOOR WAS FULL OF HAIR. ALSO, THE LAMPS AND THE FAN IN THE MASTER BEDROOM ARE FULL OF DUST. THE BEDDING SHEET DIDN'T HAD A PLEASANT SMELL (LIKE THEY DIDN'T WASHED IN A WHILE). THE SOFA BED SHEET HAS STAINS AND CRUMBS AS WELL. THE ENTIRE APARTMENT SMELL LIKE HUMIDITY WHICH IS HARMFULL FOR THE HEALTH OF THE GUESTS. IT IS VERY UNFORTUNATE BECAUSE THE PROPERTY IS WELL LOCATED AND VERY SPACIOUS FOR THE ENJOY OF FAMILIES. POOR CLEANING AND POOR COMMUNICATION WITH THE ADMINISTRATOR.

Family vacation
