Sandy Shores 107 Side Unit on the Beach

This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This unit is fully updated with rich granite and cabinets through-out. New furniture in the living room really brings a contemporary coastal feel to this condo. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and a walkout door directly to the patio. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The living room and both bedrooms have flat screen TVs.

Bed linens and bath towels are provided for 6 guests. Sandy Shores is directly on the beach so walk right down and put your toes in the sand.

Coin operated laundry is available on each floor.

Come and enjoy the beautiful beach and the attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants, fishing charters directly across the street from our condos, via a protected crosswalk. This is a non smoking accommodation.

There is one assigned parking spot available for this unit.

The bathrooms could use some updating, and the balcony furniture would benefit from a fresh coat of paint. Other than that, we had an awesome week!The kitchen had everything we needed, the floors were clean, and the refrigerator worked great. The air conditioning kept the condo comfortable, and we slept well every night.The only inconvenience was that the elevators were out of service, but we were compensated for that, which we appreciated.Overall, we had an amazing week and really enjoyed our stay!

It was a magnificent location, right on the beach and directly across from John's path. The place was nice and updated. The only issue I had was the shower in the "guest" bathroom did not have a knob to regulate the temperature of the water, it was missing. I called building maintenance and they said they would come up that day or the next, but I never saw anyone. Luckily it was set at a comfortable temperature so you could take a shower so I didn't pursue the issue.

Property location was across the street from John’s Pass . Pool was great . Plenty of chairs , lounges and tiki umbrellas. Beach was great with chair and umbrella rentals .

We enjoyed everything about our stay, location, cleanliness was great.Some opportunities for improvement are:Have extra bedding - sheets/blankets/pillow cases for pull out couch - we had communicated that we would be using the couch TV in main living room needs to be replaced.

Great location and unit

Well appointed. Property was in excellent location. We had to check out early due to Hurricane Debbie, but will be back to enjoy a full stay.

We were able to get in early but the place was dirty and outdated. There are plumbing issues as well. The shower and toilets bubbled up when in use. We couldn’t even get into the shower because both of them were coated in sludge that must have backed up. I’ve never seen anything like it.

Great location

The location of the condo was wonderful. Walking distance to many things. However, the condo was dirty. Bathrooms were dirty, had hair in the tubs, there was also hair on the bed sheets. The floor seemed like it had not been moped in months.

Condo itself is good, location great. Had toilet flushing issues in both bathrooms multiple times, water gurgling in them, won't flush. Showerheads need to be replaced, fridge made loud noises during the night. Communication was so so. With a few little fixes this would be a solid 4 to 5 rating. Would consider it in the future.

Everything was straightforward, communication was good - a free parking space was appreciated. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, the TVs all worked. The 2nd bedroom was dark and we slept great. Perfect location, very pretty beach, nice kitchen. Roomy condo.Minor things: Wish there had been some salt and pepper in the cupboards. The shower/bathtub fixtures need to be updated - feels like you're going to break the knobs when trying to get the shower working. Need bath mat or those sticky things to make the tub less slippery. I wish that the paper towels weren't the cheapest kind you can buy. I suspect that people hand wash most of the dishes as we ate breakfast just before we had to leave to the airport, therefore we couldn't load the dishwasher, turn it on and empty it before we left. Those are minor things that could be improved upon. But an overall positive experience.

Great location

The place was nice. The location was perfect. You can walk to a lot of things from there. right on the beach as described. Didn’t really have to deal with the property manager much. We received check-in instructions and on The second to last day there was a power outage. But it was for multiple units and was rectified after a couple of hours. I would stay there again. It was a holiday weekend and for that price to be reasonable.
