This bright, corner, 1 Bedroom Queen Apartment overlooks our quaint mountain village Main Street, with Bandshell Park below, Mirror Lake and the High peaks off to the South side.

It has a full, California stainless steel kitchen, large living room with a queen sleeper sofa alcove, large 42'' flatscreen TV and a partial lake view. No balcony.

Our boutique hotel is located in the middle of main street lake placid, on the shores of mirror lake. Discerning yet simple decor round out this modern lodging establishment providing ample suites for guests who know what they want. For the same luxury amenities and price as a resort hotel room in lake placid, the haus offers more than double the space and a full-sized kitchen equipped to cook whatever your heart desires. Each suite is uniquely decorated with different types of views and furnishings. Try each one on different trips to find your favorite! Gaze out to the magnificent lake and mountain views from various waterfront rooms. The five story, 1904 building with arched windows and huge, tall balconies off the lake side remind us of its original victorian heritage.

Cozy cute and great location

Great location, very close to all lake placid attractions. Very clean and many restaurants are walking distance. Would not recommend to elderly or handicapped as not accessible, but great for rest.

Great view and location in downtown

Nice renovation of an older building, very comfortable king suite, best feature in the summer is the covered balcony with a great view of Mirror Lake. Downtown location makes walking fine to numerous restaurants, of all types.
