Luxurious family home in beachside Brighton, one of Melbourne's finest suburbs. Walking distance to the Brighton, Elwood and St Kilda beaches, world class cafes, and restaurants, parks and the Melbourne city centre. Features heated pool, outdoor dining and BBQ. Four bedrooms that sleeps 8 adults, three living areas and four bathrooms including two bath tubs. Hydronic heating, air-conditioning and wifi. Onsite and offsite parking. Gardenvale train station is an 800metre walk. The beach is at the end of the street. There is a bus stop near the front of the house. A beautiful neighbourhood and spectacular base from which to see Melbourne.
