SCAPED Mansfield is the ultimate eSCAPE.
Newly renovated, we are nestled on 14 acres featuring direct access to Lake Eildon and a picturesque backdrop of The Paps Hill and farmland. The home comprises three independent two-bedroom units connected by a sweeping deck with unhindered views of the lake. The property has a peaceful feel both inside and out, combining a rural retreat with all the luxuries afforded by modern living.
SCAPED is located a comfortable two and a half hours Northeast of Melbourne and once there you are just a 10 minutes drive to Mansfieldâs charming cafes, pubs and shops.

Situated in the foothills of the Victorian Alps, SCAPED is a year round holiday destination for all types of holiday makers. Whether its excitement and adventure youâre after, a tranquil, relaxing getaway or something in between we are spoiled for choice and beauty.
In Summer you will enjoy the lake whether it be water skiing, jet skiing, boating, kayaking, fishing, swimming or picnicing! Set up the shade sail, rub the zinc on your nose, throw a cold drink in the esky and spend some time by the water for a truly iconic Australian Summer day.
In Winter you are only 45 minutes away from Victoria's ski fields.
With Mount Buller and Mount Stirling's gates so close by youâll be shredding the slopes in no time.
We are perfect base camp to experience the Victorian High Country with its abundance of 4WD tracks, bush walking tracks, fishing holes and other many other of natureâs wonders to admire and explore.
Limber up and pack a box of golf balls, with a tee off on our property you will be able to practice your drive as the sun comes down.

Mansfield is a beautiful, country town that takes pride in local and independent restaurants, coffee shops and food suppliers.
Only a 10-minute drive away, you will be able to shop for local produce from our butcher, bakery and green grocer.
Now you have your supplies in order, head back to SCAPED to test out our custom built fire pit and BBQ. This is where you will spend your evenings, gathering with your loved ones with good food, good company, a roaring fire and a nice big glass of local High Country red wine.
In addition, to the HUGE communal BBQ each unit boasts a Heston Blumenthal Everdure Grill under the cover of our back deck. Each kitchen is fully stocked with the equipment and utensils you will need for entertaining.
S L E E P
SCAPED is ideally suited for three families or groups who want to share fun getaway together while also having the privacy and space of your own accommodations, bathrooms and kitchen. We can also accommodate smaller, individual bookings, based on availability.
The home comfortably accommodates 12 and can sleep up to 16. We only allow a maximum of 10 adults and the remaining can be children due to the bed configuration.
The house comprises three 2-bedroom units and has independent access to each unit. Each unit consists of 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and lounge room.
