A cool beach getaway !

Located roughly 200m from Mallacoota's town centre you will be staying a literally stones throw away from shops, hotel, cafes and supermarkets but yet still feel like you are in your own private home. The block is large and fully fenced with a seperate laundry area and second toilet. There is a large back yard and ample room for car and boat parking.

This properties location also offers guests a short walk to Mallacoota's main surf beach, Bastion Point, which is patrolled by lifeguards during the Summer season. There is a reverse cycle air conditioner for the warmer months and also a wood fire heater for those who come to visit Mallacoota during the colder months. The bedding configuration is 2 queen beds and 1 single bed. Linen is not included at this property, and guests are required to bring their own sheets, doona covers, pillow slips and towels. Linen hire is available from our office at an additional $30 per bed.

Great stay

We stayed for 7 nights in mid November. The place was nice and modern and clean and a great location with walking distance to the shops. Would stay again.

We found the place to neat and tidy. We have been to Mallacoota before and this location it great as it is walking distance to shop and Pub. My only negative with the property is, the back side gate should have been wider to allow us access to the back yard as my car and boat could not fit. I had communicated with agent and sent me photos as I had told them about my boat and car. If you are travelling with no large boat then this is the property for you

Great location.

Great spot, close to shops. Enough space for a family. Comfortable beds and couches. Quiet area with lots of birds and kangaroos.

Property not secure and full of insects and bugs. Ended up leaving 5 days early.

Very uncomfortable place to stay. Doors would not lock or close properly. Insect screen doors and windows didn't close properly allowing insects, mosquitoes and bugs to enter the property. Windows not closing properly. Vacuum cleaner faulty. Beds broken and not comfortable. Ended up leaving 5 days early.

Perfect little house

We had a wonderful stay here. House has a neat layout and makes everything easy. The backyard is large and feels private. Everything in walking distance, perfect to enjoy beautiful Mallaoota.

Quiet and Tranquil

Great 2 brm house, cook top and oven made it easy to get meals cooked. Well equipped kitchen. Main bed was so comfy. Only downside no bbq as pictured on site. Otherwise a great spot to stay walking distance to everything. We will be back!
