The Space:

From the moment you arrive through the covered courtyard entrance adorned with grand wooden doors, tiled floors, and lush tropical plantings, you're greeted by a breathtaking vista of sapphire waters framed by royal palms and cascading bougainvillea. The scene shifts beautifully throughout the day, from dazzling daylight to radiant sunsets over the horizon. Surrounding gardens and multi-level Epi wood decks create an enchanting setting for relaxation and social gatherings, offering the perfect balance between private hideaways and open spaces for family and friends.



The villa's upper deck flows seamlessly from the main indoor living area, featuring wide covered gazebos for lounging, al fresco dining, and barbecues against the endless Caribbean backdrop. Steps lead down to a lower level with a sparkling swimming pool, sun-drenched decks, and shaded terraces ideal for cooling off in total privacy. Adding to its outdoor allure, La Hacienda now features a shared basketball and a pickleball court, perfect for guests seeking a touch of friendly competition before a sunset swim or cocktail hour.

Inside, the great room exudes an atmosphere of casual sophistication with terracotta tile floors, vaulted dark wood ceilings, and wide pocket doors that open to sweeping ocean views. Oversized seating in soft whites and taupe tones creates a relaxed yet refined ambience, complemented by Spanish-inspired accents and natural textures. The fully equipped kitchen blends traditional craftsmanship with contemporary style, ideal for both casual meals and chef-prepared feasts.



Villa La Hacienda features seven beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed to offer serenity, comfort, and privacy. The private casita (Bedroom 1) includes its own entrance, sea and garden views, a patio, and a spa-style bathroom finished in travertine. Bedrooms 2 and 3 connect to the main house (ideal for children or close family) and share a charming terrace and bathroom. Four newly constructed, modern bedrooms on the right wing, each designed for additional comfort and privacy (Bedroom 4, 5, 6 and 7). These bedrooms feature stunning garden views, ensuite bathrooms with showers, walking closets, and a shared, covered terrace. With this expansion, La Hacienda can now welcome up to 14 guests, making it ideal for larger groups, whether friends or family.



Although private and secluded, La Hacienda is just minutes from Baie Longue Beach and Cupecoy Beach, with the marina village of Porto Cupecoy nearby for fine dining, boutique shopping, and groceries. The gourmet restaurants of Baie Nettle and the French capital of Marigot, known for its colorful market and historic charm, are just a short drive away.

Food lovers will appreciate the villa’s proximity to exceptional dining. Baie Nettle and Porto Cupecoy offer a variety of gourmet restaurants and waterfront eateries. For everyday essentials, you’ll enjoy convenient access to small local markets, with larger grocery stores just a short drive away.



Beach lovers are perfectly situated, with some of the island’s finest beaches close by. Baie Longue, Baie Rouge and Plum Bay are all within a short walk or drive from the villa. To make your stay effortless, our concierge service is available to arrange a hassle-free car rental for you. Vehicles are delivered directly to the villa, and all paperwork is completed upon your arrival. We recommend renting a car for the duration of your stay, and our team is happy to assist with all arrangements.



Other Things to Note:

Villa La Hacienda now features a brand-new pickleball court on the property: The court is shared with the neighbouring villa, offering a great space for guests to enjoy a friendly match or a morning workout under the island sun. Located on the left side of the property, the neighbouring villa accesses the court via their private connecting path, ensuring no disruption to your privacy. Should you prefer exclusive use of the court, please let us know prior to arrival, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.



Interaction with Guests:

Upon arrival at Princess Juliana International Airport (SXM), you will be warmly greeted by our airport greeter, who will guide you to your complimentary arrival transfer (for up to 10 guests). Your driver, fully familiar with the island, will ensure a smooth and direct journey to the villa. At the villa, you will be welcomed by your personal Guest Experience Specialist, who will give you a full tour of the property and serve as your dedicated point of contact throughout your stay.



Before your arrival, all details will be coordinated with you to ensure a seamless, stress-free, and relaxing Caribbean welcome—so you can start enjoying your vacation from the moment you land.
