Great place close to everything

Love Vista Cat Reserve! The condo was very clean and spacious enough for our whole family. The new pool is a great addition. Will book again!

Volley tournament

We were there for a volleyball tournament and it was such a close stay to the Orange County convention center easy to get in and out. The pools were super awesome to lounge out while we had time close to grocery stores anything we needed and all the attractions definitely would come back and stay!

Spotless and Convenient

I highly recommend this property - exactly as advertised in the photos (ie no exaggerated photos) and the property was spotless. In addition, the location of this property within the Vista Cay resort was much better due to walking distance to Publix, liquor store, Dunkin’ Donuts ( a must coffee stop for us) and many great restaurants located just next to the gated property. We loved being able to walk around the smaller lakes adjacent to the property and it is a short drive to many of the Disney attraction’s/restaurants. The property owner was very responsive before, during and after our stay. Very professional service!

Extended stay while remotely working

Beautiful new unit , spacious kitchen living room layout and nicely furnished. Beds were comfortable only draw back was there was no hooks or extra towel racks in unit to hang swim suits or pool towels. We enjoyed the unit but the property Vista Cay felt more like an average hotel rather than vacation rentals lots of people coming for one or two nights stays rather than the weekly vacation rental.

Just what we needed

This was a trip for a purpose- volleyball! It was perfectly located near the event and we loved having a publix in walking distance. The place was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfy, too. I would suggest a few more supplies including more cookware and definitely coffee cups, as the tiny tea cups wouldn’t hold a kcup of coffee. Just outside the pool area near our condo was under construction but our kids enjoyed swimming and going into the hot tub. We never traveled to the other pools bc it was a drive- the condo complex is unbelievably huge. If you have noisy neighbors you will hear them. We had early wake ups for the weekend and people were out very late playing music and talking on the balconies. We would choose this place again because of convenience and comfort!

Great place but the noise was terrible

We loved the property, the unit was clean, plenty of all the things you may need. Unfortunately for 2 nights of the 4 nights we got no sleep. The walls/windows are very thin and we could hear our neighbors conversation on the balcony as if they were in the room with us. We had to get up very early each morning and it really made the stay unpleasant. We even tried a sound machine to try to drown out the noise but it only helped a bit. I know the property owner can't control the neighbors so that's why I gave the property a 4 star instead of less but if you are a light sleeper, I wouldn't stay at Vista Cay.

Business Travel Beware

Beautiful unit and decent property. So big the amenities were far, but as we were traveling for business it was not critical. What was odd was the unit was pretty, but it was also bare bones. JUST ENOUGH towels, barely, and the supplies were ridiculously skimpy. It's not hard to supply kleenex (there was none), or TP (there were 2 rolls), or how about pods of coffee for the Kuerig? It made little to no sense that every single occupant would be expected to go out and buy everything each visit, from coffee to trash bags. Sure there were linens, it was clean, but it was not truly "functional". If you are looking to stay in a condo or somewhere with a level of a comfort of a home, this is not that. There was NO laundry soap, or dryer sheet, so why bother? Every meal we ate out, and every day we had no coffee, had to leave and acquire everything out. I travel often for business, and this was an odd stay, it's not the usual. There cannot be that much revenue lost in allowing some of the comforts of home.

We transparently state that we provide: • A starter set of items such as 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, 2 dishwasher pods, a trash bag per bin, and a small dish soap. • We do not provide laundry detergent, dryer sheets, Keurig pods, or tissue (Kleenex). • We also clarify that pool towels are not provided unless stated otherwise in that specific listing.
