Only five kilometers from the beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia, Villa Lorraine sits on a gentle hill under the historic Castellaccio di Prile, in the Southern part of Tuscany also known as Maremma. Recently renovated, this stunning villa offers expansive views over the countryside, the Tyrrhenian sea, the peninsula of Argentario, the Natural Reserve of Diaccia Botrona, and Montecristo and Giglio Islands. Surrounded by a lush garden and hectares of vineyards, Villa Lorraine is a perfect spot for a relaxing holiday. Guests will enjoy many areas for reading, relaxing, sun bathing and dining.

The villa was completely restored a few years ago and elegantly furnished by the owner. It has air conditioning that can be regulated separately in each room and it also has ceiling fans in the bedrooms, plus mosquito nets on the windows. The south wing has a comfortable porch that will allow guests to stay and eat outside in any season while the north wing has a nice large pergola perfect for relaxing. A built-in BBQ is available near the pergola, not too far from the pool ground. The large, saltwater infinity pool is open from April 20 - September 20, with pool towels included.

The town of Castiglione della Pescaia offers many attractions with its delicious restaurants, elegant shops, supermarket, fish shops, markets and lively bars along the beach.

You will have the exclusive use of the property with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for up to 10 people.

It includes the South Wing (2 double bedrooms, 1 twin and 1 room with bunk bed for 2 children) + 1 room located in the North Wing. 5 bathrooms one for each room. All the others communal areas, bedrooms/bathrooms of the North Wing will not be available.

The 400 sqm villa is divided in two main wings that can be easily connected by simply opening a door. The villa can accommodate up to 14 guests in seven bedrooms and seven ensuite bathrooms, plus a guest WC. The furnishings of the villa are new and of fine quality, all the details have been carefully selected by the owner.

Villa Lorraine is located by the sea along the Maremma coast, near the town of Castiglione della Pescaia (Grosseto). Located nearby are two tennis clubs as well as an excellent Golf Club at Punta Ala. Florence with its international airport is roughly 160 km to the north, Siena and Chianti around 90 km to the east and Rome with its international airport is roughly 200 km to the south. The nearest airport is in Grosseto, 25 km away (a 30 minute journey). Pisa airport is 133 km.
