This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

Relax and unwind in this beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bathroom professionally decorated condo Phoenix Orange Beach 2004. This Gulf Front 20th floor condo offers a stellar view of the Gulf of Mexico. Kick back and relax on your private balcony as you watch the waves roll in and dolphins play. Head inside and enjoy the professionally decorated condo with spacious living area large flat screen TV and free WIFI. The updated kitchen has granite countertops stainless steel appliances and all of the kitchen items you would need to prepare a meal in your home away from home!

Retreat to the Primary Bedroom that also offers an amazing view of the beach from the balcony. The bedroom has a King size bed flat screen TV and private bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted tub. Your guests and family will also enjoy the 2 guest bedrooms which offer 2 Queen beds in each and flat screen TVs. When you are ready to step out and have some fun head down to the Indoor Pool or relax taking a trip around the lazy river or soak in one of the two hot tubs. The Kids will love the waterslide! Phoenix Orange Beach is nestled right on the beach so head down and feel the sand between your toes! Located in the center of Orange Beach you are close to all dining and shopping options. Come and relax and enjoy the view from Phoenix Orange Beach 2004!

Stunning Ocean views.The only bad thing and most important, the mattress was incredible uncomfortable.But besides that, everything else was perfect.

The unit was good. Location great.I suggest that you make sure the FLOORS are cleaned after use. FLOORS were nasty and socks, bare feet would get black after walking on the unit floors. It was very obvious that they had not been mopped/ cleaned.

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo! The condo was not as clean as you would expect! Floors dirty and and a dead bug was found smased on the backside of one of the guest bedrooms. Great location near many restaurants.

Great Property Manager and Location

Enjoyed a great last minute trip with family. Young’s Vacation Rentals via VRBO couldn’t have been more accommodating or responsive. Phoenix Orange Beach is a first class location and condo.

This location was extremely comfortable. Alot of space. Great location. Very clean. I highly recommend this unit to anyone with family.

Family vacation

Wait time to check in was horrible, we were told that it was being cleaned for hours, however when we got there, sand all over the floors, in the showers, in the beds, just everywhere. Counters were dirty and fridge was dirty. Overall we enjoyed our week, the location and decor is perfect, as well as perfect size, but not likely to book here again.
