• The property does not have Air Conditioning but benefits from beautiful sea breezes throughout the property and ceiling fans in every room. There are fans in the bedrooms & free-standing fan/heater in the living area.
• The building has a 3 month minimum stay restriction - stays under this length cannot be accepted.
• The property is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
• There is direct (unfenced) access to Sydney Harbour and (fenced) communal pool and gardens. Bookings required with Strata for groups of 6 or more to use.
• One parking space is provided in the communal garage for a small - medium car.
• Guests must descend multiple sets of stairs from the garage and street level down to the apartment on the harbourside.
• Pets are not not possible, sorry. The fairy penguins are protected.
