Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wow! What and incredible experience. This is the second time my (extended) family and I stayed at this marvelous property. What a joy it was to have our family all together on the same property. The large great room & kitchen that opens to an oversized, wooden lanai was where we spent a lot of time together. Having a separate building with game options for the teenagers was wonderful. This is a well-maintained, high-quality property with beautiful landscaping and plenty of amenities. I especially loved the outdoor showers that really highlighted the tropical vibe. We never wanted to leave!

We really enjoyed staying at this property! The neighborhood was very nice and the house was clean with so many helpful amenities. We felt at home during our stay and would book again. It was conveniently located near many shopping centers, restaurants and beaches making quick runs back to the house easy. Highly recommend.

Staff concierge services handled reservations during the busy holiday season-and had reached out to recommend making side trips and dinner reservations for the stay months in advance. Staff also reached out during the stay to make sure questions answered and no problems.

This property is exactly what you want when visiting Kauai!! You feel the warmness of the property with the first step inside - from the layout of the house, the lanai and pool, we couldn’t have asked for anything more…BUT THEN, you also get the perfect location. Close to great food and breathtaking beaches.Thank you for the great communication when needed too,

A clean and welcoming property that is beautifully appointed with high end finishes and Hawaiian photography. Furniture is very comfortable. Laundry is handy - don’t overpack! Upon arrival we found a lovely note from the property manager, bottle of wine, snacks and ground coffee. Do not leave food out - ants will find it. Management took care of this immediately. Beautiful indoor shower/bath as well as outdoor. Safe and quiet neighborhood with many large estate properties. Walkable neighborhood and excellent location. Absolutely no complaints! It was perfect!

It was an extremely peaceful neighborhood, cute little house, the porch was great for morning coffee and evening wine! Close to everything in Poipu. If you like to cook, the kitchen pots and pans were limited and some skillets should be replaced due to condition, but we made it work. The kitchen itself was lovely. We would definitely stay again.
