Wonderfull Location in Beautiful Saint Joseph

This home was the perfect size for our family of four with plenty of room for the kids to hang out and still room for us to relax. The pool was perfect and the location close to everything in downtown.

Nice place for families, convenient location. Saint Joseph main street is a short car ride away, Silver Beach is very nice for families.

Great location

Had a lovely stay. Great for our family, the kids loved the air hockey, games and the pool. We were also able to visit the beach and come home to enjoy the grill and patio. We would definitely recommend Bluefish.

Great Condo Community

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was the perfect size, clean, and comfortable for our trip to St. Joseph. The deck, playground, and courtyard were perfect for our kids to play and enjoy. Neighbors were friendly and the pool and hot tub were clean.

Perfect getaway

The home was perfect for our getaway! The playground in the middle of the complex was so great for our kids. We brought their scooters and they loved riding them on the sidewalks and up to the pool. It was very nice to have the pass for parking at the beach and was great to be so close to the both the downtown and beach. We loved it.

Another great St. Joseph trip

This property is in an excellent location, with an awesome community pool and playground. The surrounding residents are extremely nice and welcoming. The house is in great condition and has everything you need for your trip. Lastly, the property managers are top notch. Very fast communication and great customer service. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future!

Clean and quiet, close to downtown and beach

This is our third year at this property and it continues to be one that our family really enjoys. One thing to note - the access road to the neighborhood floods after heavy rains and at one point was very sketchy for us to get back to the house (~8 inches of water or more for 50 yards or so). The shared green space, neighborhood park, and pool are all really great.

Excellent property!

This property was outstanding! Clean, lots of room, wonderful location, quiet and well maintained. Check in was easy and we got a call from the property manager on day 1 to make sure we had what we needed. The pool was clean and a short walk away. A peach pass was even included that saved $15 a day. We loved everything about this property and would definitely rent again!

Home Comfort Close to St. Joe Downtown

My family and I were really impressed with the size of the house and how at home we felt. From the lights being on when we arrived to "light our way", to the air hockey table, to the soft towels... all was great! The included Silver Beach parking pass came in handy as we popped in and out a few times to take in the sunrise, sunset, walk the pier and of course enjoy the beach! This place is a keeper for future visits!

Great place

We enjoyed our weekend in your beautiful and clean property. We cooked a n on Saturday and kitchen is properly stocked with everything we needed. I would only have 1 negative comment is the check out time on Sunday morning at 10 am. Most places we have stayed are noon.

beautiful, spacious condo in a great location in St. Joe, MI

The condo was clean, decorated in a cute, nautical style, and the beds were comfortable. Also, it was in a very convenient location. We got locked out (our fault), but Matt at Bluefish Rental Co. was very consoling and helpful in communicating often with us until a maintenance person could come help us get in. Our only complaint was that a heated pool was advertised, but we had no way to get into the pool area, so never used it.

Super Clean

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the property! I loved the personal touches of folded towels in the bathrooms. The playground nearby was a hit for my kids as we did not have the best weather to enjoy Silver Beach as much as we had planned. I also learned the pool was heated which is a big plus! Again we did not have the best weather to enjoy it but good info for others! Receiving a phone call on our way up to the house was also a great touch! It made me feel lime we were in good hands!

Quiet and safe place

Overall the house was great. There’s a nice big open space in the back where the kids can run or throw a ball. There’s a walking trail that is nice as well with a playground very close by. The only thing I was frustrated with was that I had reached out to ask if the place had beach chairs, pack n play and beach towels. I was told they provided some bath towels to get us started. The place had beach chairs, beach towels and a pack n play. It’s just frustrating when traveling and have so much to bring as is and could have left some big stuff at home. Other than that little miscommunication, the place was perfect for our little family. Our kids loved having the upstairs to themselves and loved the bunk bed.

Always a great place to stay!

We've stayed at this house a couple times and really enjoy it. The pool is great for the kids, the playground is nice to have, and the boats are always fun to watch come in and out. Everything we have wanted to do is a quick drive away - many beach options that we discovered and loved when Silver Beach is too crowded. The house is always clean and comfortable and we've all loved the air hockey table! We'll definitely be back :)

Awesome family trip!

The house was very clean and spacious and the location was great for us. The kids loved walking to the park and the pool every day, and watching the boats in the marina. It’s just a short drive to downtown and the beach. Having the parking pass was a great bonus!!

Great property, If only the pool was open

Everything was positive except two things. The house clean, had everything we needed, utensils dishes, BBQ grill supplies soap, towels ect. Air hockey table was awesome, plenty of big tvs but we never turned them on because plenty to do. The playground in the common area was super fun for the kids. BBQ grill worked out perfect, natural gas so no need of running out of propane. Full time residents super friendly. We had two issues, the po closed the wek before and we did not know that, kids were pretty upset they could not go swimming in the pool, good thing the lake was not too cold. The second issue was there was some flies and gnats that we had to chase down. A bug zapper light and racket would have helped helped. When you circle on the bridge to get to the property do not worry about the industrial area and the water treatment plant, you do not hear nor smell anything due to the location of the property, it is at the end of the island and far enough away. WiFi was good. I can see why there are so many good reviews for the property.

Perfect location, loved the house

Everything about our stay here was perfect. The property was exactly as listed and MORE. The neighborhood was amazing. We plan to come back and stay here again! The management company that owns this property was truly a pleasure to work with. Accommodating and responsive! We will rent from them again ASAP!

Great Community and House. Great Location and Area!

My family has been staying in the Island Pointe Marina community for several years. Our previous preferred home was recently sold to a permanent resident, so we had to find a new home to book for our stay and was so happy when this one became available. The Property Managers, Erika and Jason, are super responsive and helpful with all of my questions. The home itself is in an amazing gated community with a heated pool and playground which is a big selling point for a family with young kids. The neighbors are very friendly and it's very quiet. As far as the home itself, there's a master bedroom on the main floor with a huge on-suite bathroom complete with jacuzzi tub and separate shower, along with a double sink vanity. Outside the master bedroom is the family room and kitchen areas, very spacious and accommodating. There is also a half-bath near the front door and garage door and a laundry area with washer and dryer. Upstairs there's another spacious full bathroom with a tub (we think it was only a tub, not a shower although there was a showerhead but didn't appear to be any way for you to stream the water from it). There's a second bedroom with bunk beds (bottom bunk could easily sleep two kids), and a separate twin bed. The other half of the upstairs is a second living area with an air hockey table, wet bar, and expansive living space to move around in. Just as an FYI, currently there are only two TV's in the home, one in the family room downstairs, and one in the big living space upstairs, none in the bedrooms. This was not a problem for us since we were all prepared to just go to sleep by the end of the day. Look forward to staying here again in the future!

Great options for kids

Kids are unpredictable beasts on vacation, but this property had all the right stuff to keep them busy and entertained! Our favorite amenity was the small playground that is clearly visible from the deck, where we could send them out to play in sand, swing, climb, etc while we cooked dinner. Close access to Silver Beach, a nice community pool, friendly neighbors. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Property managers were responsive to questions prior to arrival but we had an uneventful stay. Check-in/out was very easy.

Nice townhouse near Silver Beach

We enjoyed our stay at this townhouse. The place was clean and neighborhood was safe and kid friendly with community pool. We had some issue the first day with the upstairs A/C not cooling well but Jason was quick to respond and come look at unit. We didn’t have issues for the rest of stay. Would recommend.
