Mount Eliza Seaside Studio - Close to the beach

Mount Eliza Seaside Studio is situated on the stunning Mornington Peninsula. Home to many beautiful beaches, boutique shops and fine dining. It is also the gateway to many outstanding and varied wineries.
The studio is new, self contained and in a prime location, with the main feature being a very short walk to the beach.
Stunning décor, hypo allergenic queen size mattress, quilt and pillows help provide a relaxed and comfortable retreat. Wall mounted TV can be adjusted easily to watch from bed or couch area, with Netflix and Stan a viewing option for you. The studio has a modern beach vibe which is perfectly suited to the location. The Studio is not attached to the house, which means you have your own privacy to come and go as you please. Its modern, airy and light, approximately the size of a hotel room. The studio has air conditioning and heating, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine and milk frother, wifi and Internet access. There is no cooking in the studio however the microwave can be used for reheating only and a Weber bbq outside in your outdoor area is available for use. Great place from which to start your exploring of the Mornington Peninsula.There is plenty to do on the Mornington Peninsula. We have an abundance of wineries with beautiful vistas and restaurants, bookings are always essential. Our local restaurants in Mount Eliza and Mornington are sensational too. The Peninsula Hot Springs are a fine tourist attraction, Ashcombe Maze and Lavender Gardens are amazing :), Cape Schank Lighthouse, Sunnyridge Strawberry farm, Mornington Bay Trail for walking. There is a lot to see and do. You can walk to the beach from our studio and enjoy an early morning stroll or watch the sunset. There are dolphins and seals in the bay at the moment. There is a private outdoor area with BBQ facilities and a carport for parking attached the studio. Please note : A fee will be added for the charging of electric vehicles.
