Spacious living spaces with plenty of seating for lounging as well as for playing card games. Well-equipped kitchen. Sturdy bikes. Excellent location between circle 4 and circle 5 so quick access to Fort Rock Park as well as to river. Comfortable king size beds. Three major bedrooms are separate with TVs so allows petsonal space. Great hot tub. Clean and well maintained home. Best rental home we have stayed at in sunriver. Would stay again.

My granddaughters enjoyed the bicycles and the Sharc passes. We all enjoyed the hot tub though most of the time it was too hot outside to enjoy. Nice to be close to the bike paths. Be aware there are 2 steps up to the kitchen and then 2 steps down to the living room and family room. Fine for healthy, young people.

Beautiful home for a family getaway

We had a great time at this house. Kitchen was very well stocked and everything is beautifully maintained. We were here with our adult children so we really appreciated that each bedroom had its own bath. Perfect balance of common space and privacy. We loved the deck and hot tub. Would definately come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is clean and well maintained. The main living area is spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. One the best all around homes we’ve rented in Sunriver.

Absolutely perfect house for families or groups.

This is a fabulous spacious, super clean, warm and inviting house for family of 4 adults and 3 little ones. Plenty of room,to stretch out in, quiet rooms upstairs for nap times. The kitchen has everything you would want and then some. We BBQ’d on the deck, enjoyed great hot tub. Everyone sat at dining table together, for dinner time. The best part was the playground for kids, visiting the horse stables, and riding bikes everywhere. We ate at Brewery in Sunriver, perfect place to take restless toddlers. It had a play area, that you can sit by so you can keep an eye on kids while parents could talk! Well, it is a brewery! Do not miss beautiful bike ride to conservation sanctuary on the way to stables. Perfect experience for all!!

Great layout & location!

Great location - quiet and close to trails and just a short ride to many attractions (fort rock park, river etc). House is large and spacious and a great layout for a large group or family! General cleanliness was lacking — we found several wrappers under beds/couch and carpets felt and appeared dirty. Kitchen well stocked with tons of dishes and pots and pans. Bikes, SHARC passes and cable were nice extras.

Family Time

The house was a good fit for our extended family. Had most everything we needed. We could have used a good broom, and maybe have the vacuum clean and ready to use. Being there a week, we like to keep things picked up. The dressers in the downstairs bedroom need to be fixed so the rings don’t always come off if you use it. Thanks again.

Great location in Sunriver

Bikes were great, path is close to home, sectional couch is always appreciated after a long day at the pool/river, comfy La-Z-Boy chairs....we had a great time with our family staying in this home.

Great House for Families!

We loved this dog friendly home in Sun River and enjoyed our nine day family gathering with our adult children and their partners. And our grandpup! The bikes were enjoyed by all! And the well appointed kitchen and bbq made it easy for all of us to cook together!

Great place! Open, spacious layout was perfect for our large group to eat and hangout together after playing in the snow. We also took advantage of SHARC and the hot tub, and appreciated having Netflix and the Jenga set too. We had a hiccup with the hot tub on the last night but the service company and property manager were very responsive. I really appreciated the well equipped kitchen and had everything I needed to prep big meals. Thank you for a fun winter break!

Perfect Family Vacation Home

This house had a great layout which gave good privacy for our group of 9. The king beds were very comfortable; the kitchen was well-stocked with very good appliances (including a gas stove); and the living areas had a comfy sectional and chairs with plenty of room to gather. The hot tub and bikes made our stay even better. In addition, the owner was very accommodating! We hope to return next summer!

Three families just spent the week at this property. Everything was exactly as described, well stocked kitchen, spacious dining room, living room, and sunroom. The hot tub under the stars was a special bonus. We played pickleball often, rode bikes, and took easy walks to the Deschutes River.

Multiple family fun

We stayed in the house with two families of 4, and one dog. Everyone was very comfortable as far as sleeping arrangements, and had plenty of bathroom space. The house is very nicely and comfortably furnished in all rooms. Bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels and the extra towels by back door for the hot tub were extra nice to have as well. The kitchen had everything we needed from crockpot to mixer and coffee maker. Plenty of dishes for all too. We also made use of the bikes provided (brought our own helmets) to ride with the kids around sunriver. Everything was very clean and we didn’t lack for anything. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Girls Retreat Perfection!

This property was the PERFECT environment for a much needed trip to Central Oregon! Our group of 6 ladies had more than enough space to lounge, unwind, cook, dance, sleep and explore around the quiet Sunriver community. We loved the open space, comfortable beds, updated bathrooms, warm hot tub, huge fireplace and centralized location! We're already planning our next trip and can't wait to stay at this property again. Kuddos to the Evolve team AND the owners for such a hassle free experience at a truly lovely property.

Benefits vs. Cost

This house was 'doable' for our party of seven. While nicely updated, both the house and deck had an awkward layout The deck was on the hotter side of the house and was long and narrow, which meant it really wasn't a gracious place to dine in the evening. It also borders the main road and the turn off street on three sides and is clearly visible from the roads. Thus, it had no privacy outdoors other than in the enclosed hot tub. Due to a lifeguard shortage, the pool was open for one day of our stay and only for one session. While I understand the issue, there should be a refund for the Shark passes - one of the main reasons we rented this unit. While there were several bicycles, they were in poor repair and not up to speed for the cost of the unit. The pots and pans were very greasy and we had to scrub them before we could use them. Items were not in the proper places in the cupboards - even though they were labeled. The house was picked up but only semi-clean. The one plus, is that the house was pet friendly with a deck that could be secured. Having stayed in other properties in Sun River, our feeling is that this house was overpriced for level of amenity.
