Modern private and quiet apartment, centrally located. Garden and mountain views

Situated in a rural garden setting with mountain views, our modern 3 bedroom apartment is private, quiet and secure. It has an upstairs lounge and kitchen plus large sunny deck with outdoor dining, seating and BBQ. Downstairs has three bedrooms and a bathroom with twin hand basins, a shower and a laundry. A spa pool is adjacent to the master king bedroom. The two other bedrooms have queen and twin beds.
The apartment is light with plenty of ventilation in the summer, and well heated in winter with a heat pump, wall heater upstairs and portable heaters if required. The king, queen and one single bed have electric blankets in winter.
The property entrance leads you to your own sensor-lit carpark at your front door. There is a shelter by the front door suitable for bike, ski or golf club storage during your stay.

Immediately next door are the Maude Wine Tasting Rooms and Bistro Gentil Restaurant.

You will be welcomed with a free starter pack for your hot drinks, and toast and condiments for the morning. Linen including dressing gowns is included in your fee. The apartment has free wifi and you can tune into your Netflix on the smart TV if you want.
Best suited to one or two couples, or family with one or two adult children.

The perfect getaway for a private comfortable and relaxing holiday.

Could not fault this amazing property! It's beautiful aesthetic, cleanliness, and friendly hosts, ensured we had a fabulous stay. Excellent use of space, and the facilities provided everything we needed. Pamela was very helpful in giving us her local knowledge. Maude Winery next door was an added bonus, with its tastings and food. We will definitely be back when in NZ!

Great place in a great location with a great host .. Pam was great in explaining where everything was and how everything worked. It was close to town but very quiet and private. I would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful Wanaka Apartment

Great place to stay in Wanaka. The unit was very clean, well accommodated, and comfortable. The hot tub was very nice, especially after some long hikes. The location is peaceful and an easy walk to town. Pamela is a wonderful host, very engaging and was willing to help us with anything we needed.

First Class Accommodations

We were so happy with the apartment and surrounding views. And when we met Pamela she made us feel so welcomed and comfortable.This is exactly what you want in a VRBO experience.The bedrooms were large and comfortable and the one bathroom is good sized and modern.We can’t wait to return to New Zealand and stay at this wonder first class accommodation again!It’s even better than advertised.20 minute easy walk to the lake and downtown.Thanks Pamela and Jeff for your gracious hospitality.

Beautiful, quiet and relaxing

We are so thankful to Pamela for everything she did for us in our stay. Her property was immaculate, quiet and picturesque. The beds were comfortable and the property had anything you could need while staying there. Pamela also gave us some fabulous suggestions on local restaurants and places to visit. Would definitely come back again!

Our favorite place in all of New Zealand!

My friend and I had an absolutley marvelous stay at Pamela and Jeff's property. They went above and beyond to make our stay our most memorable pit-stop in New Zealand. Wanaka is an absolute dream, and you will be blown away by the view, design, and upkeep of the grounds. Pamela and Jeff were so welcoming and hospitable -- they truly made us feel at home! We will always remember mornings in the jacuzzi, meals cooked in the upstairs kitchen, and all of our adventures in Wanaka! We hope to be back some day.

Cheers to a Wonderful Stay at Long View!

It was a true pleasure staying at Long View apartment for our Wanaka visit. Perfect location to walk to the town center or drive to the surrounding natural attractions. We were delighted and spoiled by Pamela and Jeff’s thoughtful preparation for our arrival. Everything was amazing and clean. The hot tub to end or start our day was powerful and relaxing! The outside deck for star gazing or morning coffee, a delight. A welcome package of chocolates & wine, fresh cut Peonies from their garden, and their ‘all smiles’ doggie greeting from Ellie. I can Highly recommend their guest accommodation and rate these two Kiwi’s the best hosts I experienced throughout our South Island NZ travels.

Wonderful stay Wanaka!

We had the best time in Pamela’s adorable guest house. The accommodation could not have been better and if we needed an extra item for a specific cooking plan Pamela was so helpful in directing us or bringing something by. The location was great…super quiet and just enough away from busy DT Wanaka that our evenings were spent simply enjoying her luscious yard ( complete with adorable dog Ellie and amazing flowers… she grows beautiful peonies!!), the very functional jacuzzi spa and… that incredible night sky! We all most definitely would LOVE to return …and stay twice as long next time! PS…the Maude winery right next door was a definite plus!

Excellent!

Pamela is wonderful, she greeted us with a smile. The property is set back from the road and so quiet, yet still close to town. The space was very clean and comfortable, we loved the hot tub. After staying in a string of hotels, it felt nice to come “home”. It’s definitely been our favorite stop on the trip, and Wanaka is so beautiful! Visit the winery next door too!

Perfect little stay

We had a wonderful stay here. The host, Pamela, was incredibly kind and welcoming with excellent communication - even let us come a bit early! The property was impeccably clean, well equiped and had all the necessities (plus more!) The spa was an absolute joy to come back to each day after skiing It was also very central in Wanaka, super close to the supermarket and some lovely restaurants, plus the beautiful lake. If you are looking for. Place to stay, look no further than here! Thanks for everything Pamela !
