Amazing location! The view is beautiful and the set up was great for the family. The home is very nice and very comfortable. We enjoyed the deck and the pool. Silver Dollar City was so close, we were able to go early in the day and come back to the house to let everyone have a rest and head back to Silver Dollar City for their evening events , only because it was so close.

Branson Thanksgiving

Great property and wonderful stay. Would encourage the property owner to allow for more paper towels and dishwasher detergent as for a 7 day stay 1 paper towel roll and 4 dishwasher pods is not enough. Otherwise would recommend this property.

The rental is set in a great location with attractions, boating, dining, and shopping all within a 5 to 20 minute drive. The views from the back deck are very scenic with the added bonus of nightly fireworks from Silver Dollar City that can be seen as well. It was also nice to be next to the clubhouse where the indoor and outdoor pools are located. The only slight negative is my husband and I felt our bed was not that comfortable but never really affected our trip or anything we set out to do in Branson.

Great location

This condo was the perfect fit for 4 adults and 6 kids (16-3 yrs). Easy to get to Indian Pointe Marina and great for Silver Dollar City. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of plates, cups and silverware. Couldn't find enough bath towels for everyone but we made it work and didn't look to hard so there may have been some hiding. Overall would rent this condo again for our next stay. Loved the location and property! Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home.

Excellent Location

This condo was great for our family week in Branson. 10 of us stayed and had plenty of room. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Our only complaint was the beds!!! I think the only one that got good sleep was my son, who brought his own air mattress! All of the beds had terrible mattresses... lumpy, too soft, or oddly noisy. The first few nights were very uncomfortable, but then we were so exhausted we were able to sleep!

Branson Getaway

Overall, we were very pleased with this property! It’s location was ideal for people visiting Branson and all of its attractions. It was just minutes from Silver Dollar City. The views from the deck were outstanding. The only thing that would have made it better was if it had a covered porch as we had some rain and storms during our stay. The cleanliness of the property was average. It could have used some additional cleaning in the bathrooms. More bath towels and hand towels would also be appreciated. The unit needs some maintenance as the windows and master patio doors leaked with the rain. We have stayed in a lot of condos and this one was adequately stocked. Our family enjoyed the games!

So close to Silver Dollar City

This property was great! It was so close to Silver Dollar City you could hear the screams from the roller coaster and also the train whistle. It was a great space with enough room for my family of 5 to spread out when we needed a break. There was a variety of small kitchen appliances along with the large ones. Lots of dishes and pots and pans. There was a whole dresser full of games and activities, and the internet was super easy to access. The indoor pool and splash pad were great and my kids loved it. The only negative was that the shower were tiny, I could put my back against one wall and reach out with my hand and touch the other wall with my elbows bent. I would totally recommend this place and would use it again on our next trip!!

Comfortable for Large Groups

We stayed here during our trip to Branson, Missouri and had a great time! We were less than 4 minutes from Silver Dollar City and really close to grocery stores and shopping centers. The property was comfortable and affordable, which was a plus! We had a bit of difficulty communicating with the property manager regarding the use of the pool/hot tub, and there was a lack of communication out filling out a form. But we were able to sort it out quickly and efficiently. One person in our group decided to cook breakfast every morning, and she was dissatisfied with the stove/oven in our unit. She was also dissatisfied with the coffee mugs being chipped, and the cheap toilet paper. The condo was fairly clean, though could stand to be dusted a bit more. However, none of these things ruined our stay. We still had a great time and I would recommend this place for others!!

Really BAD BEDS!!

Overall the place was nice and had everything we needed for a couple nights stay. There was a hole in the master bedroom door where the door had previously hit the door stop too hard and punctured the door. You can tell somebody had tried to fix it but the large 1/2 hole was still obvious. I'm not sure where the beds came from for this rental, but they desperately need to be replaced. Why invest in making the place so nice and then skimp on the beds? The master bedroom mattress was extremely uncomfortable and worst of all it was LOUD. I don't mean just a little noisy, I mean we have never slept in a bed that made so much noise. Any slight movement while in bed would wake my wife at night and vice versa. For the price we paid per night, the beds should have been much better. I wouldn't recommend this rental to anybody until the beds are replaced. On a positive side, the place was clean and nicely decorated and had lots of room. It's very close to Silver Dollar City so that's also a plus. Just replace those beds!!

Enjoyable stay in Branson

Our family's first time using VRBO was a success. Instructions from owner were clearly stated in emails and in a binder in living area. The place was well maintained. Ecobee Thermostat and sensors controlled the temperature, though some technical issues were met. We love our ecobee and use almost all the settings and savings options, however this one seemed to reset each night and we would wake up to 62⁰-65⁰F each morning. The living area doors let in a lot of light and scenery, but also let in a lot of draft. On a cold fall night, we had the thermostat set to 72⁰F and the electric fireplace heater on, but either had to choose between multiple blankets while sitting on the couch, or sit in another room/in the kitchen. I imagine this is not a problem on a normal night, as it was particularly windy during our stay. You could actually feel the wind coming in through the weatherstripping cracks. The doors were checked to be sure they were closed all the way, and they were. Weatherstripping just need sto be updated to prevent draft on cold, windy days. The proximity to Silver Dollar City was ideal, as that was the purpose of our visit. The way to SDC was quick and easy, and the drive home was even easier due to SDC's exit and only making right turns to return home. Overall, we would stay there again if we decide to return to Branson, MO. The check-in process was easy, the facility was clean. Indoor pool has ua kid's sprinkler area.

Its discouraging when you stay at a VRBO rental that describes a property and you get there and its not at all what was described, stuck with it, and then feel you are bribed to not give an honest review. This property was as described. The location is amazing. Its at the top of the mountains. The home is clean. Yes maybe it could use a deep cleaning with grout and floors but overall the property has been well taken care of. The kitchen was stocked very well. The bed..which I ALWAYS inspect for stains, bugs, etc was clean! The check in process was made so simple! We showed up and stayed. The check out process so simple! I loved not having to strip all the beds and basically cleaning it all myself though we leave a property in a manner of respect for the owner. The deck view is amazing but would be scary to me if I had my toddler with me. There was construction going on, on the deck right next to us which stole some enjoyable time on the deck but I understand the need for maintenance and appreciated how well kept the property was. It was just awesome. Thank you! Gives me hopes for the future! I highly recommend if you are someone who actually expects a property to be clean and as described!

Family get-away

We enjoyed our stay. This condo has so much space and all that you need in the kitchen. We enjoyed the views, and all the amenities. The indoor community pool was a little cold, but the kids enjoyed it. Love the closeness to everything, and it was super easy to access with traffic. Great Stay!

This was a great condo for our family of 10. The only issue we had was actually getting into the guest bed. It was waist high but no steps. We ended up having to remove the box springs for our stay in order to use that one bed.

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in Unit 43-6. It’s one of the nicest rentals we’ve stayed at. It was super clean and tidy. Furnishings were clean and comfy. The mattress on the king bed was a little firmer than we prefer but still got great night’s sleep after all the fun things we did in Branson. The streaming TV was a bit of a challenge but fine once we figured out the apps. Loved the keyless entry, checkin/checkout was a breeze. Only concern I would share with other travelers is the bed in the guest room on the main floor. The height of the mattress from the floor is unusually high and could be a concern for small children or older adults. Overall, we enjoyed this condo so much we would definitely book again the next time we visit Branson.

Great location and view

We’ve historically reserved a couple of hotel rooms on 76 for our family’s fall getaway, but this year opted for this condo. It was the perfect space and had a wonderful stay. The property was clean, organized and had a great view. We spent mornings drinking coffee on the patio and late nights gathered in the living room watching movies together. The layout was just right for our group - myself and my two teenage boys, my sister and mom. We had enough room to hang out together as well as retreat during down times. I would recommend this property for its location, space, layout, cleanliness and ease of booking.
