Are you ready to take your next vacation? Yacht Club Villas #3-604 is the perfect place to stay! This 4BR/4BA has so much room for your whole family. The kitchen is oversized with a breakfast bar to enjoy your morning coffee and a large dining area to have your family dinners. It is fully stocked and has all of the appliances to cook your meals. There is also a washer/dryer in the property to do your laundry.

The bedrooms all have their own private bathrooms and there are two bedrooms with king beds each and two bedrooms with two queen beds in each room. The property has flat screen TVs in the living room and all the bedrooms. The living room has plenty of seating and is very comfortable. You will love all the room and seating for everyone!

There is a large balcony off the living room that overlooks the waterway and you can even watch the bridge turn when the boats go by. Barefoot Landing is right across the waterway so it is easily accessible. Barefoot Landing has lots of shops, restaurants and attractions to enjoy too. The resort has 4 Championships golf courses if you like to golf. Let us know if you need to set up tee times.

The North Tower pool is easily accessible and it is walking distance from the building. The pool requires a pass so make sure you have that to access the gate. There is also a grill area located between the buildings if you like to grill out.

This property is non-smoking and no pets, no motorcycles and no golf carts are allowed. Inquire today for the best rates and availability.

Third Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at this resort 3 times, twice in the same 3 bedroom unit & this was our 1st time staying in this 4 bedroom unit. Upon arrival check in was fine, each time I have contacted the rental office the staff has always been very helpful, however once we got to the unit our access code would not work, the rental office at this time was closed so we had to reach out to the after-hours number, a couple phone calls later & a couple more codes we were able to get into to the room, it took about 30 minutes to get issue resolved, however after that, there were no further issues with getting in, the maint guy did come by to check that we gained access to room. The unit was nice & roomy, however there were some areas that needed attn. Entering the main door, 1st bedroom on right needs the light in the shower replaced. 1st bedroom on left's bathroom GFI kept tripping out & the exhaust fan needs replacing. Front bedroom on right needs attention to the area around shower & shower door had mold in areas; the 1st sink upon entering bathroom, stopper was broken & couldn't be used. The biggest inconvenience was the new policy on parking passes, we were only issued 2 passes & had 4 vehicles, arrangements had to be made to always leave the other 2 vehicles parked in the parking area close to the rental office, which is quite a distance away, in order to avoid being towed. This has never been an issue before & there always seemed to be ample parking in the parking lot at the unit, it seems if you are renting a 4 bedroom unit, you should at least get that many parking passes if needed. We will stay again, the location is good, the grounds are nicely maintained & the pool is very nice. We had friends who were 1st time renters there based on our recommendation, they really enjoyed their unit & would also stay again. Overall, the stay was good, however wanted to bring awareness that some areas needed attention, the new parking guidelines needs to be revisited for sure.

The 4-bedroom units were spacious and each person having their own bathroom with shower was a plus. Only complaint was the hardwood/tile floors were very dirty. I don't think cleaning company is doing a good job mopping floors. If you walked around barefoot for an hour, the bottoms of your feet were black.That being said, I like the tile floor better than carpet. just have to remember to bring flip flops or throw away socks.

Great Place to Stay

It is spacious and you never felt crowded. We have rented in the Yacht Club Villas before and loved it. The pool is the BEST pool around. It is huge and has plenty of room during the summer for everyone. We met several owners of the condos, and they were all nice and helpful.

We saw some of the best fireworks we have ever seen! The staff was very nice and helpful. It was a little bit of a walk to the pool but once we got there the pool was amazing! The condo was clean and neat. The only thing we noticed that could use some attention was the floors. They appear clean but they could really use a good cleaning with a mop. We would for sure recommend this unit to a friend!

Dissatisfied Vacationer

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a four bedroom villa. The inner entrance to the B apt never stayed open. The front bedrooms never cooled. The towel rack off of C fell off the wall. Every chair was loose or broken in some way. (Pictures can be provided). The shower door in the main bedrrom was falling off and it was extremely moldy. The light fixture in dining area was unscrewed from the ceiling. There was construction going on in the front if each villa. We were not informed about this. All of the furniture and curtains were dusty and dirty. There was a pair of womens “nighty” under the chair in a bedroom. There were beads all over the floor in the masterbedroom. The coaches were filthy with crumbs and toys. This property is not up to Marriott standards and I was highly disappointed.

Family Vacation

The property was very nice and the area being so close to the beach and all the shops was great. Issues we had with the place was the floor was dirty and dust caked on several items of furniture. There was also nothing to even clean the floors like a vacuum or a mop to try to make it better.The fan in the master bedroom didnt work and 2 chairs were loose and about to break. 3 rooms had a bunch of screws on the ground and pieces of the bottom of the door. Also none of the doors that led outside didnt have numbers so it was guess to figure out where we were staying.

It was good but not so good

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well the renting process was good and customer service prior was great, I can not say so for the on-site facilities. Since I am big customer service, the condo left a lot to be desired. It has not been maintained and it shown by the lack of painting and drywall fix that it needs. I would not recommend staying here.

2nd time with VRBO. This unit the floors needed a little cleaning, our comforter probably needs a upgrade. However the staff responded to our (2) calls right away. A great vacation home experience. Thank You VRBO!

Beautiful resort and conveniently located.

The condo was just as describe with a few things left out. Apparently, the owner is in the process of renovations and didn’t include that information. One of the Master rooms closet was completely unfinished, and the transitional wood strips leading into the room was loose and easily removed upon entering the bedrooms. Each suite provided the bare minimum of cheap hand soap and towels. There was no welcome package, no detergents, no paper towels, and only one used roll of toilet paper in all 4 bathrooms. So, like most we contacted the renter’s office and they respond they were aware and would have someone come to fix the issue and no one never showed during our entire 6 day stay. We went out immediately and spent one day shopping for needed items. An unplanned day lost. Another concern was the couch made some of us itch so we had to disinfect and buy covers to put of the pillows. I believe someone had a cat there prior to our stay. Although it was a pet free condo. Overall, the size, and location was perfect. The owner needs to polish up on items. We paid a great deal of money to stay there and would revisit if those things were done.

Beautiful property!

This condo was perfect for out group. It was very clean and although we were not able to check in early, we were able to be right across the street for shopping and drinks at barefoot landing! Seeing the boats and being waterfront is amazing. The pool is very strict with glass, as they should be, but we made accommodations for our drinks. Friendly staff and if you came across an issue and called the service number they replied quickly. The shuttle to the beach is great. Unfortunately the week we were there, one of the shuttles broke down so there was only.one running. We had to wait a little longer to get to and from the beach but otherwise everything was amazing and I would definitely stay here again.
