This is a PRIVATE impeccably kept 0ne or Two BEDROOM pet & smoke free SUITE offering 1 full queensize bedroom, a private 4 piece bathroom, living room with reclining leather furniture, a Kitchenette/office area complete with microwave oven, refrigerator, slow-cooker, tea & coffee maker, toaster as well as all china , glassware and plates.. FAST wifi, & a 52inch smart T.V with Netflix is included. Heated floors plus air conditioned for your comfort. Separate thermostats are in each Bedroom and living area.
BEDROOM 2 IS AN OPTION: A SECOND QUEENSIZE BEDROOM AVAILABLE ALLOWING 4 GUESTS RATHER THAN 1 BEDROOM FOR 2 GUESTS. THE MINIMAL UP-CHARGE FOR B/R 2 IS $30.00 / NIGHT per guest over the 2 in room #1. IE:2nd Broom EXTRA-COST IS $30.00 per night per guest staying in Br#2.This option would be PAYABLE AT THE TIME OF BOOKING WITH VRBO.

Gracious hosts! Clean and very comfortable suite about 1/2 hour away from downtown Calgary. The gardens are beautiful and walking trail with beach nearby.Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Dave's home. They were available at all times and super helpful to ensure that our stay was comfortable. The location near the lake gives this home a great feel and we have nothing but great memories of our stay here.The home was maintained in immaculate condition and beds and furnishings were super comfortable. We checked in late due to travel delays and Dave was still waiting to meet us and show us the place and we had wonderful conversations throughout our stay.Will definitely consider going back if the chance arises and perhaps stay longer.

Quiet and homey

Check in was easy, the owners are very kind and helpful. The unit is very comfortable and the location is very convenient. The backyard is the best part of the place its like being in a Greek resort. Overall the stay was great.

Lovely

Beautiful house, comfy beds, good location, great space and the hosts were amazing. I was a little hesitant to go somewhere that was a shared space, but we had complete privacy, and yet they still attended to our every need. Would highly recommend.
