Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was clean and very comfortable. when we arrived the silverware was the size for a toddler. After contacting the management company, they came over very quickly and brought us adult sized utensils. The only other negative issue was with the hot water for the kitchen sink. There was about half the pressure of the cold water, a little better than a trickle of water. Other than that it is a great house and very close to Nubs Nob.

Great house

We enjoyed our stay. Great space for family or a group. Less than 5 min drive to downtown. We enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor seating.

Summer Vacation

Plenty of room for nine adults and two kids. Easy access getting in and out of town for activities. Short distance to the sidewalks / trails that can take you downtown or even over to Petoskey. Little hiccup when we first arrived but correct password for internet was provided within 5 minutes or so at 9:30pm. Would definitely stay there again.

Ski weekend

I liked the flexible management. We went Up North for a long weekend skiing. The house is in a great location … less than ten minutes from Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands, and less than five minutes to downtown Harbor Springs. Yet it’s in a quiet neighborhood with nice views. House itself is large and very functional.

Love northern Michigan!

We visit in northern Michigan about once a year and this was our first time staying in Harbor Springs, which we loved. The house provided all the comforts of home and was as pictured. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Not sure about walking from the house to the village, but it was a 5 minute drive. We loved the Pier restaurant and Pond Hill Winery just 5 miles away. We visited Mackinac Island one day which was an easy drive for a day trip. We had blue skies every day. And our little doggie Riley loved it too. Perfecto!

Winter Get Away

First, we didn’t expect to share the driveway with a large trailer. Snow was marginally shoveled. My husband had to shovel a larger pathway. Not sure if owner is aware that the fridge water dispenser is not working, TV in lower level not working. Did not realize the 5th bedroom is in the lower level with no heat & overhead lights did not all work. Advertised as accommodating 10 but did not have adequate silverware & Dish ware. Not really complaining but disappointed.

Garbage disposal didn’t work for the first two days until repairman came and fixed it. We would not choose to rent this house again. It’s too far from town to walk and it sits on top of the bluff making it difficult to bike. Graham is an excellent rental agent.

Reviewer Comments: Our first rental had an unexpected issue with the well and therefore made it impossible to stay there as results of the water testing would not be in for several days to a week. I think the issue was a surprise to Graham as well as to us. Fortunately Graham Management was very sympathetic to our situation and through quick thinking and and some phone calls made other arrangements for us. So...packed everything up agin...and off to our new spot. The second house worked beautifully for our family of 5 and would definitely stay there again. The below answers will be for our second Home!

Comfortable accommodations for family

Roomy house with nice amenities. Convenient location for skiing in winter and water sports in summer. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware.

Fabulous House for Family in Harbor Springs

This is a great house that accommodates many people. Very close to ski resorts, restaurants and downtown Harbor Springs. Super clean, with updated touches. Highly recommend for winter or summer vacation!

Family ski weekend getaway

Clean, well-appointed house for family to relax after a day on the slopes. Close to Boyne Highlands and downtown Harbor Springs. Just missing a hot tub to recuperate from a full day on the slopes.
