Newly renovated modern farmhouse located in downtown Simpsonville, within easy walking distance of an excellent variety of restaurants, shops and places of interest. Our two-bedroom open-plan home has been beautifully refurnished for your comfort and enjoyment. This includes WiFi and Smart TV. A spacious private balcony, leading off from the main bedroom suite overlooks a peaceful backyard... a great place to relax outdoors! The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing great meals. Our home is thoroughly and professionally cleaned & sanitized for the health and safety of all arriving guests.

Please note there is train near the home that runs two times a day during business hours.

Cozy and quaint

This little house was exactly as described, cozy and clean. This was my first VRBO stay, and this booking did not disappoint. It was also a nice place to book because I was traveling with my pets. They enjoyed the backyard and also felt at home.

Great house and location

We love Simpsonville, and this home was perfect. It was convenient to downtown Simpsonville, and to 385 to get anywhere in the area quickly. House has everything you need in it.

A very pleasant location. A bit of town and country all in one place.

Very smartly furnished for a small house. It seemed adequately spacious because of the tasteful decor. I could immediately adapt to the at-home feel.

Felt Like Coming Home

This was our second stay at this property and what ultimately convinced us to move to the area. Everything was just as good as our first visit! The location for this home is very convenient for shopping, recreation, dining, etc. A cozy atmosphere, clean smell and the perfect combination of old and new make this a wonderful place to call home while visiting the area!

Close to Grandma's

This was a lovely surprise to find within walking distance of my grandmother. I got to spend a week in a beautiful house AND visit my mother and her side of the family over my birthday/Easter. It was only a couple hundred more than the Hampy with a lot more space and freedom. Property managers were nice, leaving a welcome note; checking in on us via text, and answered quickly when texting about when things need done, like garbage bins.

Great nieces birthday party

Very clean and modern. The only downfall was that the property address was hard to find, especially after dark. Maybe a note in the email confirmation suggesting that you will need to put the 304 address in instead if 304B would work better. Besides that, we throughly enjoyed our stay!

Cute little house

Although our original reason for booking the house got canceled (concert at the amphitheater), we decided to turn our trip into a trip with my husband's parents. We were lucky enough to get an early check-in after our plans had changed. When we arrived at the house, our first impression was that it was a cute little house. When we walked inside, we found a modern house in a small setting. It was perfect for our trip. The directions to the house were right on. On the plus side of this, the hot water never ran out even with 4 adults taking showers. All in all, we would definitely stay at this house again if we were ever in the area.

Hidden Gem in Simpsonville

Very modern in appearance, this home has so much to offer! The kitchen has stocked cabinets with common items for both cooking and baking as well as silverware, cooking utensils, bakeware, pots/pans, cups, glasses, bowls and plates. Basic cleaning supplies are also stocked including a vacuum cleaner and mop. The washer and dryer are very nice and there were even some pods and dryer sheets in case we overlooked them when packing. Although located close to a busy road, you can't hear anything once the doors are closed. There are quite a few very nice restaurants nearby that our host recommended with a nice selection of cuisines. The deck off of one of the rooms offers a private space to dine or relax outside and the backyard was full of lightening bugs, squirrels and wild birds. The beds were very comfortable and the space was adequate for 5 adults and a 2 year old child. We were checked on frequently to ensure our satisfaction and answer any questions we had. I cannot speak highly enough of Don as his attentiveness and customer service were impeccable. We were delighted with our stay and are looking forward to coming back next week!
