Our three-bedroom, two-bath guesthouse is nestled on a quiet, dead-end residential street minutes from the heart of Homer, restaurants, the Spit, airport, shopping, parks, and the hospital with parking for boat/RV. You’ll love it because of the spacious yet cozy living area, fully stocked kitchen and laundry, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, WiFi, 2 flat screen TVs, pack-n-play and other baby/kid essentials, and large backdeck and yard with grill and outdoor seating. It's perfect for couples, business travelers, families/kids. We allow pets upon written approval. Pet fee is $75.

The house is accurately and fully described in the About This Property section above so there’s not a lot I could add about that. The property description and photos are accurate, the place is clean and smells good without being overly scented, and is a good value for the price. We were two couples and it was a big bonus to have two full bathrooms. The host was very nice. There is helpful area info in a big binder. The kitchen was well stocked, including some spices, coffee, etc. There is a little end of season wear and tear, but it would not prevent us from staying here or recommending to others.
