It is located 1 mile off route 40, 6 miles from the ski area on 1.2 acres in a very private setting.

Bring your favorite CDs or iPOD player to play your music over built-in stereo speakers located throughout most rooms of the house. Covered Terrace Overlook

  • 5 of 5

I was fortunate enough to spend a joyous June week in this spectacular mountain home last year. I fell in love with the terrace off the kitchen and the view of the mountains, hills and fields covered with pine trees and greener. In the distance behind floating cloud puffs, soared the Continental Divide.

I'm a cook, and was delighted to find all the necessary amenities necessary to prepare a gourmet dinner for friends.

I slept like a princess in a wonderful Queen-size bed covered with warm and cuddly quilts!

One of the most fun and exciting evenings I enjoyed was the Rodeo, I believe it's Grand County, in a neighboring town close to Fraser! I highly recommend it!

I also did a little hiking, and spotted moose, elk, deer, rabbits and other wild life and some interesting flora as well.

The house is beautiful!!

  • 5 of 5

We rented the house for our family ski trip and it was a perfect setting to accommodate everyone. We had a bit of problem finding it because the GPS on iPhone is pretty unreliable.

The place is big but cozy. It has beautiful view of the area on all the rooms. The house is fully equipped with everything. You still have to bring your own toiletries but everything else is available. It is near grocery stores and both Winter Park and Granby Ski ranch. Very convenient location. We plan on coming back. We plan on renting it again.

Great Winter Holiday Home

  • 5 of 5

We are a family of ten and we stayed for a week over the 2014 Christmas holiday. We were all happy with the experience. Our time was very much like the family who stayed here during the 2013 Christmas holiday, their review is just what we were looking for and we got it. This is a large and beautiful home. We had the grandparents in the upstairs master suite and two families in the 2 wings downstairs. Each wing had 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a second family room separating the wings.

Plenty of room in this house and the views from the giant windows were spectacular.

The owners were easy to get in touch with and the home was prepared for the whole family. There was plenty of dishes and silverware and plenty of towels. The large kitchen allowed room for lots of helpers and the open floor plan combined the kitchen, dining area and family room with a great view of Winter Park.

Thanks for a fantastic family vacation!

Christmas 2013

  • 5 of 5

Our journey from DIA to this property was a relatively short drive, in comparison to other Colorado ski areas, 2 hours from airport to Fraser. Upon arrival at the residence, unpacking the vehicles in the spacious garages where all ski gear was stored, our Winter Park vacation began as we discovered fantastic views of the Winter Park ski area from every room in the house. Our first family activity was to prepare our first meal in the well appointed kitchen. The open plan of the living room/dining room/kitchen made it a family affair. Our adult children and their families settled into their bedrooms on the lower level, which also has a living area, while we grandparents enjoyed the privacy of the master bedroom/luxury bathroom on the first floor. At the end of each day, the hot tub was a favorite spot to relax. The kids also enjoyed the hill behind the house to get more time in the snow with a little sledding. The large utility room/pantry, plus the additional dryer in the garage, allowed laundry for 10 to be a more manageable task. It was apparent that the owners had given extensive consideration of every conceivable need one might have while staying in their lovely Colorado home--a place for everything and everything in its place. We would definitely consider staying in this residence again. We hear that the summer activities are numerous as well.

Truly Fantastic Home!

  • 5 of 5

This house is HUGE and absolutely WONDERFUL. There is room for plenty (we had 11 adults and were never crowded). The rooms, the kitchen, the balconies, and the music system wired throughout most of the house were all wonderful, but the views really were the absolute BEST. Literally one minute from downtown Fraser and less than 10 minutes from downtown Winterpark, yet off the beaten path. The views are panoramic of all of the nearby mountains, and are available from EVERY room. Skiing, snowmobile riding, and the famous "Fraser Tubing HIll" are all minutes away, and everyone in the area is very helpful and friendly. Just a fantastic vacation home, thanks so much to the owners for sharing your home with our family. It was everything we could have hoped for! We definitely plan on returning!
