Quiet country area 5 mins from Devonport - central location

Located in a quiet country neighbourhood only 3.5km away from the CBD. A great central location close to everything including the Spirit of Tasmania Terminal and Devonport Airport (12 mins away).

The self-contained unit is attached to the family home with a separate and private entrance including a carport.

This is a lovely comfortable home away from home. The kitchen is fully functional and well set up so you can cook. The smart tv allows you to enjoy your favourite shows while away from home. The bathroom has a hair dryer, curling iron and straightener.

This is an ideal space for couples, professionals travelling for work and can accommodate two single mattresses for very young children in the living area if needed. The accommodation only has 1 queen bed. It is not suitable for more than 2 adults. For more information for on bedding configuration and set up, please message me.

There are 4 parkruns within a 30 minute drive (or closer). Several options of Mountain bike trails within a 20 min drive (or closer).
