By reserving this listing, you will be given access to both Das Stone Haus (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms) and Das Vogel Haus (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms). These homes are located right next to each other and are ideal for families or groups that need large adjacent accommodations.

*Things to be aware of for Das Stone Haus: The only way to access the king bedroom upstairs is by walking through the queen bedroom.
*Things to be aware of for Das Vogel Haus: The only way to access the upstairs loft bedroom is via an outdoor staircase. Furthermore, the bathroom in the loft does not have any partition between the bedroom and bathroom, so the bathtub is visible from the bedroom.

Das Stone Haus
LOCATION- 1 block north of Main Street and 3 blocks west of the center of downtown Fredericksburg
HOST- No host on property. The house is located next to Das Vogel Haus, which is also a guesthouse and sleeps up to 8 people.
SLEEPS- Up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms; two downstairs bedrooms each have a king bed, upstairs are a bedroom with two queen beds and a second bedroom with a king bed. Please be aware that you must walk through the queen bedroom in order to access the second bedroom upstairs.
BATH- 2 bathrooms; the downstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower and jetted tub and the upstairs bathroom has a walk-in shower
KITCHEN- Well-equipped kitchen with a Keurig but no dishwasher
BREAKFAST- No breakfast but coffee and tea are provided
AMENITIES- Smart TVs, WiFi, electric fireplace, front porch with seating, covered back patio with gas firepit and gas grill, off-street parking, walking distance to shops, tasting rooms, and restaurants including Hondo's and Crossroads.

Das Vogel Haus
LOCATION- 1 block north of Main Street and 3 blocks west of the center of downtown Fredericksburg
HOST- No host on property. The house is located next to Das Stone Haus, which is also a guesthouse and sleeps up to 10 people.
SLEEPS- Up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms; two downstairs bedrooms each have a king bed, queen bed in the sun room, upstairs are two king beds in the loft bedroom. (NOTE- To access the upstairs loft, you must use the outdoor staircase. Furthermore, the bathroom in the loft does not have any partition between the bedroom and bathroom, so the bathtub is visible from the bedroom)
BATH- 3 bathrooms; both of the downstairs bathrooms each have walk-in showers, the upstairs bathroom has a soaking tub
KITCHEN- Well-equipped kitchen with a Keurig but no dishwasher
BREAKFAST- No breakfast but coffee and tea are provided

- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.
