Earthship at Cananéia in a Nautical Condominium

Located in Cananéia at the south of São Paulo, our house stays margin of the Canal do Varadouro, natural border between SP and PR. Accessible by land (Estrada do Ariri), by sea (Barra do Ararapira) and by air, it is inside a nautical condominium with exclusive piers, garage for motorboats, jetskis and helipad. It has a large and airy integrated living room and kitchen. Two large bedrooms with little furniture and a spacious balcony connecting all rooms. The house has an attached vegetable greenhouse, has an access ramp and a bathroom adapted for wheelchair users.
