The Space:

THE HOUSE: The open concept living area, kitchen, and dining area is perfect for entertaining. Curl up on the large sectional sofa to read a good book or watch your favorite movie on the 65" flat-screen TV. Home cooks can stay close to all the action as they whip up a delicious dinner with stainless steel appliances. A small, separate bar top and stools provide additional seating for guests while the formal dining table offers seating for 10.



BEDROOMS: While the Primary Bedroom is located on the first floor, all other bedrooms are located upstairs along with a second small living room with games and a flat screen TV.



POOL + BOAT DOCK / SLIP: The pool can be heated for $130/day. (plus tax). Please provide 48 hours notice if you'd like to heat the pool so we can make sure the propane tank is topped up. The boat slip and lift are NOT available for use. You can tie your boat to the side of the dock if you have bumpers but we must approve it first. Please inquire prior to arrival. LOCATION: Conveniently located next to Boat Town Burger Bar for easy access to a restaurant, listen to live music on the weekends, or simply people watch off of the top deck of the boat dock. This home is perfect for a large family, a couples retreat, or a group of friends!

THINGS TO NOTE



1) This is NOT a party residence. This property is best suited for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.



2) Outdoor amenities can be utilized from 7AM to 10 PM (in accordance with the city's noise ordinance).



3) No loud music is permitted throughout your stay. 



4) We do NOT allow pets at this property.



5) The boat slip is NOT available for use, but you can tie your boat on either side of it if you have bumpers.
