Beautiful Property

Ants in the kitchen, owner difficult, overall VERY comfortable beds, plenty of space, plenty of amenities and plenty of needed items for a big family. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We allowed you an hour early check in free of charge and I am difficult? You reached out twice - once telling me our check in time changed since you booked. To which it has never changed. It has always been 4pm but I accommodated you with a 3pm check in that you stated you needed and didnt show up until 4:30 pm. The other contact was telling me you never received check in instructions- to which I advised you that you did and where to find them. I apologize if either of these events was difficult for you. Thank you for information on the ants. There were none there the day before your check in when I was there and have been none since but pest control was done to make sure. Glad you enjoyed your stay

Beautiful home and setting

We stayed over Thanksgiving with our family and it was wonderful! Sparkling clean, lovely home with kayaking, coffee overlooking the lake, cornhole, fire pit, great open kitchen & living, we will definitely be back!!

Great Spot

Wonderful spot that we can't wait to visit again. House is spacious, clean and inviting. Location on the lake can't be beat and the available covered boat dock for our boat made life easy. Look forward to our next stay and I can't think of a reason to look anywhere else.

We had such a fun time. Everything was great, location was excellent right on the lake! Left my necklace and the property manager is mailing it back to me.. which I appreciate so much!

Laid Back Lodge

The house is excellent but we spent most of our time outside. Multiple outdoor seating areas located in a shady, quiet cove. Plenty of outdoor activities available; games, kayaks, float, gas grille, etc. Also, good accommodations if you're bringing a boat.

Great location in Kingsland

We had a wonderful stay here. It was close to the marina for boat rentals and the HEB, plus it was on the water. The beds are very comfortable and it was perfectly clean! I wish there had been some soap or body wash available for use because we did not pack and had to go purchase. I'll come back to this rental but I'll pack a few items I needed.

Location, Location, Location

We enjoyed our stay and loved this home. Super comfy beds and the there is a fan in each main room which I really appreciate being a fan sleeper. I loved how close it was to the water and the deck. Unfortunately, it rained a lot during our stay. I got up early one morning and it was just a slight drizzle. I could hear the fish jumping in the water while enjoying my coffee. The is a perfect retreat for relaxation, families and fun. I'd totally stay here again.

Great waterfront!

We enjoyed our stay. Loved having 2 king beds for two couples with room for our two adult sons, too. Home was lovely, but the best part was it had the perfect set up for our boat and lake time fun.

Fantastic Girl's Weekend

Every year my girlfriends and I pick somewhere in the hill country for a "girl's weekend". This by far has been our favorite place we've stayed at! The house was absolutely lovely, the location was perfect. The owner gave us the information for a nearby boat rental company that was able to deliver a boat right to our dock! We will definitely be coming back here in the future! I would also be thinking about bringing my family here as there would be a lot of activities to keep my kiddos busy as well.

Perfect family getaway

Had a great time kayaking and canoeing. Very peaceful cove with friendly neighbors. House was super cute and clean with everything we needed. Hope we can come back in the summer so we can use the water trampoline.

peaceful and quiet

Took my family for spring break. Unfortunately it was too cold to swim otherwise it would have been perfect. I enjoyed the peace and quiet. I thought the house was beautiful. Master bathroom shower head was amazing. I loved the dock swing outside and the available kayaks. I had one neighbor bother me about an outside light that was on and apparently it was beaming through his windows but it was not a problem. I just thought it was a strange request because his house was not near the rental home. aside from that my family and i enjoyed our stay.

Great place!

We enjoyed our long weekend at the lake house! The location is perfectly situated on the lake and in the town. The house had everything you’d need and more! The weekend was the perfect mix of relaxation and play! Highly recommend and we’d definitely come back!

Wonderful location, esp for boaters

Lovely home on a quiet inlet perfect for swimming and kayaking. My 5 and 6 year olds learned how to kayak! So it’s a friendly learning environment. We even rented a boat and jet skis so we could get on the main part of the lake and see the surrounding areas. There was a small hiccup during our check in process but Kristi addressed it right away. Pros: lovely home, kayaks, floats, ladder into water, excellent location, perfect especially for boaters, responsive host Cons: soft beds, depending on your comfort level you might need to do some additional cleaning, which is probably the case everywhere.
