Great experience
We enjoyed our trip to park city and the service from I-trip. They were very proactive in updating the itinerary and staying in contact along the way. They provide links to experiences with discounted prices which was nice. Overall the trip was very pleasant.

Great location for a golf weekend
Check-in was easy. Unit is very clean and zero smell. Perfect for two adult couples. We will definitely stay here again for our annual Park City golf weekend next Summer!

Awesome condo right in the canyons
This was an amazing place to stay!! So close to the canyons (~5 min walk or 1 min shuttle), huge hot tub, and awesome kitchen/living space. The host was incredibly responsive and always ensured that we were having a great stay. Will absolutely stay here again!!

Perfect for our needs

Staying at Canyons was such a pleasant experience. Host was very responsive and the apartment was very clean and well equipped. Location was also a plus, walking distance to the ski lifts. 10/10, would recommend!

Silverado condo
Great location to walk to slopes, did not use the gondola as it is further away from the slopes, easier to walk up hill but have to carry skis. Nice property, plenty of room with comfy beds, clean and nice bedding and towels but could use some updating, overall, a nice place.

canyons condo
extremely clean warm and comfortable stay. this condo is well equipped, gas fireplace in every room, plenty of linens and blankets. shuttle will carry u directly to canyons village, runs every 10 min. free ski valet in lobby. must ride city bus over to park city village to ski there. overall great stay in this condo!

Tranquil paradise
Everything was wonderful! From easy check in to our lovely accommodations! The kitchen was well stocked, more than I have ever encountered before. Love the washer and dryer in the unit. I'm a bit of a clean freak and lovee freshly washed attire.
The area is pristine and quiet this time of year. Wonderful stay thus far!.

Beautiful Condo at Silverado in The Canyons
We stayed at the Silverado condo/hotel for 4 nights over the 4th of July. The unit was clean and had all the kitchen items needed to cook when we didn't want to eat out. The unit was roomy, the beds really comfortable and we were close to so many fun activities including a free shuttle to main street and the gondola which took us up to the plaza for shopping, restaurants and special 4th of July activities. A drone show and fireworks topped off a great weekend.

Great place to stay for Park City soccer tournament!
This is our 3rd time staying at the Silverado Lodges. We love the two bedroom split design. Parents on one side, kids on the other (with their own beds) with kitchen/living room in between. It was nice having a kitchen, many bathrooms, washer/dryer, underground parking, and pool/spa. Great place for families with plenty of room to hang out.
The unit was clean and well accommodated. I wish Wi-Fi was a bit stronger in places, but certainly met our needs (including uploading soccer game recordings). We had a great stay and would definitely book again.

Silverado Lodge has a great location, in a great family ski area. However, the property is overall outdated and badly needing TLC. Both elevators in the reception area were broken the entire stay. Since our rental was handled by an offsite property manager, the lodge staff were not very helpful. The images used to list our unit had to be from 10 years ago. It is very worn, dirt worn carpet and well used furniture. It was comfortable, other than the lack of clothes storage facilities. All closets had broken TVs occupying space

I want to sincerely apologize for the aspects of your stay that didn't meet expectations. You're absolutely right that the elevator outages were an inconvenience, and while we did provide compensation, I understand this doesn't fully make up for the disruption to your vacation.
Regarding the condition of your unit, we take this feedback seriously. Our goal is to accurately represent all our accommodations, and we'll review the photos to ensure they reflect the current state of the property. Your specific comments about the worn carpet and furniture will help us prioritize upcoming renovations.
I'm particularly concerned about your interactions with the Silverado Lodge staff. Their team should always be helpful and welcoming regardless of how your booking was arranged. This falls short of our service standards, and we'll address this with them immediately.

Clean and Spacious
Great place to stay for a large group. The beds were comfortable and clean. You can smell the lightly scented laundry detergent on the sheets. The kitchenware and refrigerator was clean, didn't see a single speck of food. A small bag of toiletries were supplied but you need to buy more for your stay, which you can easily do at the local grocery store or Walmart nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

We did not stay at the Silverado! We had an email about a week before we were due in Park City, saying that the Silverado had been notified that the water was being turned off (for repairs, I guess). So, we were moved to another resort in the Canyon. We arrived there to discover that the refrigerator wasn't working, and the handy man was unable to handle that. Next, we were moved to the Westgate, and it was great! The company that handled it (management co? I'm not sure what happened to VRBO or the owners) was excellent! They did their best to solve the refrigerator situation at place #2, then rapidly moved us into the Westgate, and we had a blast. They checked-in with us multiple times and were very attentive and considerate. I do not recall the name of the management company, but they were excellent.I checked "3" on a couple of answers, only because we had such a hassle getting into the place where we finally stayed (5 nights), but all was well. The folks at the Westgate were amazing, actually, serving us special drinks (non-alcoholic) whenever we came in, and the valet parking services were excellent. We also enjoyed the indoor-outdoor pool, game room, bingo, and s'mores on the patio with our grandchildren. Once we were settled in place #3, it was a great vacation! Beautiful condo, comfy beds, nice people.

Winter Wonderland
A wonderful place to enjoy. Spacious rooms with a great location walking distance to the slopes, shopping, and dining. There are groomed walking trails nearby that are a magical stroll. Definately will be back.
