Turtle Bay Aloha Nui Loa by RedAwning

This newly renovated second story unit with high ceilings and loft is located

on the Fazio Golf Course adjacent to the Kuilima West tennis court, pool and

BBQ area at Turtle Bay. This is resort living at its best! The unit has Koa

laminate floors throughout except for porcelain tiles in both bathrooms. The

upstairs bathroom is appointed with a walk-in rain shower for that extra

tropical feeling. The living room has an all-leather queen sleeper sofa with a

memory foam mattress for extra comfort. The living room also has a 45-inch

wall-mounted (smart) TV so that it can be viewed from the kitchen, living room

or the screened-in lanai. The kitchen has all new appliances: refrigerator,

stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The kitchen also has a large pantry for

stocking up. The master bedroom with its queen-size bed is located separately

at the front of the unit with its own A/C and ceiling fan. The master bedroom

also has its own 32 inches (Smart) TV. The upstairs loft has two double (full

size) beds with its own bathroom. The property is located so that the aromatic

trade winds flow freely through the unit.

Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of

world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully

manicured golf courses and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a

great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away from the hustle

and bustle of the city. The condo property is a short walk to the hotel and to

a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We

have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ

grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge.

Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos

in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects,

especially ants.

Great vacation experience!!

Been staying at these rentals (not this particular condo) for the last 15 years. By far the rental we just used was the best...cleanliness, quality of furniture, location, etc. Best meals at the hotel and Lei Leis. Will be back again!

Beautiful Location

We loved the location and the layout. It was perfect for our family. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. The neighbors were very friendly. We loved that we were within minutes of some of the best beaches and they were not very crowded. We come to Hawaii a few times of year and this is the first place we have stayed with so many flies. We are used to gecko’s or bugs. Every night we would kill at least 15-20 huge flies. We all had large bites from them.

The condo was very clean, near beautiful beaches and nicely furnished. The kitchen had basically everything we needed. Our only complaints were that the AC unit in the living room didn’t work well. It put out cool air, but just barely cool. The AC unit in the bedroom put out COLD air at the same settings. So, the living room was never quite cool… and the loft was quite warm. We had all the fans running up there and it was hard to sleep up there on some nights. Other nights were fine. We really liked the unit and would stay there again.

Week escape from snow.

Nice place. Would come again. Hopefully sooner than later. Very kind neighbors that were very helpful. Would have loved more information about the area, Turtle Bay and what we could access, information about opening the windows to the lanai and leaving front door open, etc.. from the owner/company. Just the basics. The red folder was not easy reading.. :/ too much legal stuff. Being a planner, would have liked info on access sooner than one day before arriving. Sleeping with the cross breeze was dreamy, even the rooster at 3:30 was just fine in paradise. We loved the quick drive to Laie and Haleiwa, beautiful beaches, turtles, seals, Ted’s bakery, and snow cones! Thank you!

Beautiful Unit Perfect Location

We really enjoyed this unit. Filled with light and close to the pool. Everything was spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. I needed a light bulb changed…they came immediately. Wish the master bed was a king…

Beautiful Location

Beautiful Location

Rental was located in a very nice and quiet resort area. Access to the beach was amazing and provided hours of snorkeling. The rental was clean and a nice, cozy layout. The upstairs loft bedroom was beautiful and fit three girls nicely. The air conditioning units did not work great. The one in the master bedroom was fixed during our stay and then starting working. However the winds that go through the rental made it very cool and comfortable in the unit. The lani was peaceful and provided a very nice place to enjoy your coffee. We were very close to many amazing attractions and found the location great.

Great location and clean space

Being a part of Turtle Bay resort, you get the niceties of proximity, and access to some of the resort amenities. The space is clean, although a little smaller than it appears in the photos (props to the photographer for making it appear larger). The AC units are window units and struggled to keep the place cool at all. Kitchen had cookware and the fridge was nice and cold. The beds were okay. The beach "stuff" available for use was super handy for a family with kids. The outside balcony is nice, and fully screened to keep out bugs.

Excellent condo!

We absolutely loved staying in this condo. Its obvious the owners have put a lot of attention to details and have created a beautiful and complete vacation home experience. Everything we needed was there. It was nice and clean and there were ample linens and towels, all stark white and perfectly clean. The photos do not do this unit justice, and the views out the windows and screen porch are of pristine nature. We spent more time on the screen porch than expected because it was just so peaceful and relaxing. A big thank you to the homeowners and the staff (who we never had to meet due to easy contactless checkin processes) because their efforts still showed in every inch of that condo. We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend to everyone. Its a quick easy walk to Turtle Bay restaurants, sunset bar, and beaches. Easy to park, secure gated entrance. So close to all fun things on the northshore, yet just far enough away to not be living in the high traffic areas. Just a perfect experience for us. THANK YOU!

Great get away

Needs a better mattress in the one bedroom, very uncomfortable and needs blackout curtains. The room was so bright ant night with the outdoor lights and in the morning.

A second home but with palm trees!

This property is nice. It's clean and has a great beachy vibe, I did call about a leak in the bathroom sink and no one called me back. I found the booking and information easy and enjoyed the experience there. I also liked the location cause we don't mind driving and checking out the view. We also liked being away from the crazyness of the city.

Our 9 day stay at Turtle Bay

The condo is lovely and perfectly fit our family of four. We absolutely love the area and it was close to all the great beaches and surf spots on the north shore. We hope to come back again next year!

Our New Favourite

We have been staying at Kuilima every spring now for about 15 years. There have been several units that we have really liked and have stayed in on several visits. Aloha Nui Loa is now our favourite. We all loved how the owners have reconfigured the upstairs bathroom and that the kitchen has been updated. The better quality furniture, linens and finishings appreciated. The lanai is a little more spacious and we enjoyed the view of the golf course. I think what makes these condos especially nice is that there is space between all of the buildings. The surrounding mature gardens are quite lovely to walk around and the pools are always beautifully maintained. Thank you all. P

From reservations through our regretted departure, the experience at Turtle Bay Kuilima West unit 151 was outstanding. The unit is well appointed to meet your everyday needs. Bring your swimsuit, that's all you'll need!

Nice unit for the North Shore Area

We would stay here again. We were impressed with no sound coming from the neighboring units. It was nice to have a washer and dryer so we didn't have to pack home wet swimsuits. The kitchen was lovely - all new. The unit gets a little warm in the evenings, the window a/c units helped a little but still made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable. It could use some new flooring in the carpeted areas. BUT for the price- we felt like it was GREAT!

I would stay again!

Everything was extremely clean and welcoming upon arrival. Although this condo is a little outdated, it was still very comfortable and a great value for the price. My major recommendation to the homeowners would be to fix the faucet in the shower, it is loose and makes getting the right temperature a little work.
