Enjoy family time in an open chef’s kitchen while watching the sunset. Windowed family room facing the ocean. Master suite, 2 fireplaces, flat screens, Netflix, AppleTV, wifi. Propane fire pit BBQ. Easy commute to town or to vineyards. 2 California Kings/1 Queen bed. House was gutted to the studs. On over 1 acre.

Beautiful, Peaceful Getaway

Our family has rented many homes over the years in the US and abroad. This home was certainly the best equipped and was one of the most beautiful we have ever stayed in. Everything seemed brand new! There are varies outdoor seating areas (which when visiting Santa Barbara, you'll want to be outside!) with a great view of the mountains and well landscaped yard. The fire pit was fantastic for chilly mornings and evenings. Several fruit trees are on the property and the gourmet kitchen was fantastic. We enjoyed going to the farmer's market for fresh meats and produce to cook for dinner. The owner was such a great host, and left clear instructions for how everything worked. The house is also just an easy 10 - 12 minute drive to downtown and just about anywhere else you would want to get too. If we're ever back in Santa Barbara, we will be booking this home again! Thank you so much!

True Santa Barbara Living

This is what it is all about in Santa Barbara, living indoors and outdoors. two big beautiful doors that open to the deck area and fold into the wall. We sat around on the very comfortable patio furniture with the big umbrellas for shade during the day and around the firepit at night looking at the stars and city lights. We did every meal at the house less the wedding we attended. Spectacular outdoor table for every meal with a nice breeze in the hotter part of the day. We used the BBQ twice a day. I loved the well stocked kitchen, and we brought a lot of good wine and it was outstanding to have a wine refrigerator to keep it at 57 degrees. This did not feel like a rental, this is a well kept home and you are grateful to be there. Best of all it was really quiet, restful, and relaxing. Can't wait to go back! Thank you Brian & Christina!!

Beautiful home in a sensational setting

We've rented 5 great houses in Calif during the past 3 yrs and I think this was my favorite. In photos, the interior furnishings look a bit dated but in our experience, everything was fresh and stylish and pristine. The beautiful kitchen was fully outfitted with everything you need including All-Clad pots. All the windows and sliding glass doors allowed for maximum light. Floor plan was ideal and especially loved that everything is on one level- no stairs to climb. The grounds are gorgeous and plantings, trees, shrubs, ground cover etc must've been created by a very talented designer. Long range views are also spectacular and we had complete privacy and quiet. We loved foraging for oranges and lemons on the property and one tree in particular put out the best oranges we've ever eaten. There's also an avocado tree. The hosts were very generous with supplies and some nice snacks awaited us. Master bedroom mattress was super comfortable. As far as I know, the other K bed was also OK. The queen mattress in one of the bedrooms was rock hard and needs to be replaced. Even that wouldn't dissuade us from staying again- if necessary, a renter could take a trip to Target and get both a convoluted foam (egg crate pad) as well as a memory foam topper. That's how hard it was so it really should be replaced. All appliances in the house are high end incl Miele? washing machine and dryer. We did have some trouble getting the clothes dryer to stay on for longer than 30 mins at a time.

Amazing beautiful property!

Everything at the house was perfect! The kitchen had every convenience you could imagine, including coffee and wine! The beds were so comfortable and the linens extra soft. The outside deck was perfect for enjoying the neatiful landscaping and views. Very comfortable, spacious and luxurious home! We loved it for our girls college reunion!

Truly exceptional.

Over the years, we have rented many homes in Santa Barbara and Montecito, but this home was truly exceptional. It just couldn't have been more comfortable or well equipped for our family. From the large sliding pocket doors in the living and dining areas that take in the jaw-dropping views to the well thought out, beautiful, and water-tolerant manicured grounds, this property is absolutely top-notch. Without question, a bargain! And, yes, we will definitely be back - assuming the owners will have us... ;-)

Beautifully appointed house with gorgeous views.

Six of us stayed here for a weekend-- it was beautiful and comfortable. Christina was highly responsive and communicative. It was an overall great experience!

Perfect in every way! Impeccable with stunning views!

Our family had a wonderful time in this incredible home. We enjoyed wine on the back patio as we looked over the beautiful landscape and watched the sunset. The house is immaculate, with every attention to detail taken care of, luxurious sheets on the bed, a well provisioned kitchen and comfortable couches to watch our favorite Netflix shows. The owners even left a beautiful welcome package of goodies. The house is even more beautiful then the photos can show. I cannot recommend this vacation rental enough, our favorite so far!

Fabulous!
