Beautifully furnished, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathrooms, private entry, upper-level townhouse in Rupert’s Landing. 1219sf. Main floor features a lovely sun-filled, open concept living/dining room and fully-equipped kitchen, with walkout to large SE-facing deck with gas BBQ, plus powder room, laundry and 2 storage rooms. Upper level has a king room w 3-piece ensuite, a queen room with private treed balcony, and a daybed/office, plus a 4-piece bath.
Rupert’s Landing is renowned for its tennis courts, recreation centre with indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, squash, gym/weight room and well treed and landscaped grounds with ample walking paths. There’s also a marina with kayak/SUP storage racks and a private beach. Public golf course across road with easy walk/bike to nearby Waterfront and Georgian Trails.
