Sunsets every night and beach fun every day. Welcome to The Sandpiper! The ocean view and the scenic dunes are waiting for you. Your family will love spending time at the beach and they'll never forget the constant stream of whales, dolphins and birds that pass by this central Monterey Bay beach house. The Sandpiper has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The living room, dining room, kitchen, and the master bedroom enjoy a breathtaking view of the dunes and ocean.

There is plenty of fun to be had at the clubhouse as well. There tennis courts, pickle ball courts, a bocce ball court, a shuffleboard court, and a driving range net. Basketball and volleyball are available as well. There is a community pool and a community hot tub and the locker rooms have showers.

If you have an electric vehicle there is a charging station at the clubhouse.

We hope you enjoy The Sandpiper! -- 1-story home. NOTE: Fireplace is not available for customer use.

Wonderful Location & Stay

The views were amazing and the house was comfortable and clean. It’s a nice, quiet location for a family getaway at the beach.

The dunes need some work done on it.

It was not the best house we have stayed in. The hot tub was broken the whole time we were there.

We had a great time here!

If a few cob webs way up high, out of reach and a little sand in corners here and there will cause you to leave a less than best review, maybe look elsewhere. It did not bother us however. This place was very clean, had great amenities, and was as advertised. My only suggestion to the property manager would be to work on equipping the space with comfortable seating for 6 (as this is the occupancy) both indoors and out.

Nice location

Kitchen needs work. Microwave over range was broken. Oven controls not working so had no idea the temp. Non stick pans are worn out. Knives are worn out with broken handles. A simple refreshing would be worth the cost. The place overall was a bit dusty with cob webs.

Close to the Beach but...

It was a nice place to get away from the craziness of the urban jungle BUT there were a few items that need to be included. The Router to the place didn't work for 4 days which was frustrating as I had work that still needed to be checked in on. Tried to get in touch with the text # provided for after hours (this happened on a Friday) and no answer till I called again on Monday! House was a bit drafty and the screen door was hard to open (it was the door to the dunes area). The deck has nail heads that were sticking up and should have been flat to prevent cathcing There was also spiderwebs/ insects noted to be in the back rooms and around the entrance. The main living room was nice- able to see the dunes and engage in conversation with others (could update the furniture a bit). Great dinning room table for gathering. Kitchen was nice and had all the items to make meals in. Overall was clean and had enough items to bathe/toilet paper etc. It is a bit off the main roads and takes about 15-20 minutes to get items for the week. Big plus was that the gate is secured and required a key card. Pool was nice for the week as well!
