The house has 5 bedrooms, 4 of which are suites. All bedrooms have split air conditioning and hot water showers, and there are 2 additional bathrooms.

Smart TV in the living room.

Outdoor area with barbecue, gazebo, lawn, swimming pool, and beach access.

We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers for use on the beach in front of the house.

Fully equipped kitchen with dishes and utensils. And a complete maid's quarters.

Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor area.

Maximum limit of 10 guests; an additional fee of R$700 per extra guest, per day, will be charged if the established limit is exceeded.

The Tenant will receive a checklist with all the utensils in the house (dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery, appliances, furniture, decorative objects, bed linens and towels, and other items). All items listed must be kept in good condition; any damage, breakage, or loss must be reimbursed to the Landlord.

Bed linens will only be changed for stays longer than 7 days.

Electricity consumption during your stay will be charged separately.

The voltage of the house's power supply is 220v.
