Centrally Located, Modern Townhome! Pet Friendly! Fast WiFi

Centrally located, sparkling clean townhouse w/ available bike storage and lots of parking. This unit has a private, fully fenced patio with BBQ grill and outdoor dining so you can fully enjoy the Colorado sunshine. Fully stocked kitchens for cooking. Upgraded memory foam mattresses and deluxe pillows for a good nights rest. Centrally located to all activities the Grand Valley has to offer. CMU, Colorado National Monument, Mountain biking, hiking, Fruit and Wine Byway, and much more.

The main level offers a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room and 1/2 bath. The sliding door off of the dining area leads to a fully fenced private patio, BBQ grill and outdoor dining seating.

Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. Bedroom 1 includes king sized memory foam mattress with a sliding door leading to a private balcony with seating. Black out curtains are provided for the sliding door. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen sized memory foam bed with black out blinds.

Grassy common area available for the pups! Onsite shared free shared laundry facilities, located at the end of the building in the laundry room. Laundry detergent provided for you during your stay. 3 parking spots available for each unit. Parking lot can accommodate trailers, boats, uhauls, etc.

Roku smart TV for access to all your apps, like netflix. 300 mbps wifi.

Pets are allowed for an additional $20/night, up to 2 pet MAX

Must sign rental agreement prior to stay.

Perfect Spot

Great property!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The highlight was the Dairy across the street. My kids wanted to go there constantly! It was cleanly, and the host does a great job of making sure that all of the little things you could need during your stay are taken care of. We will definitely stay there again the next time we go to Grand Junction!

Great unit, great location

We had such a wonderful stay here. This unit has everything we needed for a comforatable stay. Place was clean beds were comfortable. We didnt really use the kitchen to its full potential, but everything was there if we needed to. Very nice place.

Good Night's Sleep

Quick overnight for a road trip. Clean, beds were comfy. Sleeper couch was broken; notified owner so hopefully that will be fixed for future travelers. Otherwise, everything else was just right for our needs!

Perfectly Peaceful Townhouse Stay

Our recent stay at this townhouse was absolutely delightful. Right from the start, check-in and check-out were a breeze thanks to the excellent communication and detailed instructions from the property manager. The townhouse, set in a tranquil environment, provided us with a relaxed and refreshing getaway. Its tasteful decor, cleanliness, and well-maintained condition added to our overall satisfaction. Nice weekend!

Spent the weekend in GJ for a wedding. Location was great for the drive over to the the venue in Palisade. It was also a short drive 5-10 mins to downtown main street. Accommodations were cozy, comfortable and as pictured on the listing. There was a slight cigarette smell dispute it being nonsmoking.

Condo Grand Junction

The property is very clean and well maintained. However, did not disclose on ad that dogs needed to be kenneled upon leaving home. I found this out once I received instructions on how to enter property. Please list on ad. This caused quite a disruption for my work trip. Not ideal location for female traveling alone. Other than that, the experience was good.

Good for short stay

The best things about this property were a comfortable bed, soft sheets, and a good shower. It is on a busy road, so we had to play some white noise at night in order to be able to sleep. A few other minor complaints: 1) You can’t simply “wave your hand” in front of the keypad in order to activate the numbers — you have to press the Yale button in order for the numbers to light up; 2) TV remote batteries were dead, and by the time we realized it, we were too tired from a long day to go out and buy new ones. Would be nice if there were some spares in the apt; 3) Check out instructions were to start the dishwasher prior to leaving, but there was no dishwasher soap available, so we ran it without; 4) The checkout QR code process didn’t work per the instructions, so I notified the owners that we were leaving via the VRBO app. Overall this is an ok place for a brief stay for one or two people. The kitchen is quite tiny, so we weren’t very inspired to cook at all there.
