WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
Enjoy our beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo set up for a perfect family vacation. There is plenty of bedding for the whole family to enjoy.
This beachfront condo complex is located in the heart of South Padre Island and has easy access to many nearby activities. Enjoy abundant on-site amenities, including a heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts, sand volleyball, and direct beach access. Suntide II is also within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping.

LIVING ROOM
Cuddle up in the living room on our new couch and enjoy a movie on the 40-inch flat-screen TV. The plush, comfortable seating is perfect for family movies or curling up with a good book.

KITCHEN & DINING
The well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances and plenty of counter space. Enjoy home-cooked meals together at the dining room table, which seats 6, and at the breakfast bar, which has additional seating for 4.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
The condo includes three bedrooms, each sleeping 7, and three full bathrooms stocked with a complimentary starter supply of toiletries.
Retreat to the primary bedroom, which is outfitted with a king-size bed, 32-inch flat-screen TV, access to the balcony, and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bath has a walk-in shower and a large walk-in closet. Wake up to a beautiful view of the rising sun as it peaks over the gorgeous ocean horizon from your primary bedroom.
The second bedroom features 1 queen-sized bed, 2 twin beds (bunk beds), a closet, and an ensuite bathroom, perfect for kids to relax and enjoy a late-night movie. A third bedroom includes two twin-size beds.

WELCOME TO SUNTIDE II
The Suntide ll Condominium Community offers various activities to make your day fun. Enjoy a thrilling game of tennis, lounge by the pool, or unwind in the hot tub. Enjoy direct ocean access to the beach, and if you so choose, stop for a game of beach volleyball along the way.

- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Very nice stay. Beds were good, furniture was nice, very good overall stay. only complaint would be that some of the kitchen utensils needed some attention. I would stay again anytime!

PERFECT location - perfect for families!

If you’re planning to travel with small kids
 this is the perfect spot. We traveled with our two year old son, and one year old daughter. Being right on the beach and ground level was PRIME for all of the stuff that comes with traveling with kids. Padre as a whole is a little bit dated, but this place was overall really clean with tons of beds. One of the showers is updated which was super nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. They provided paper towels, coffee, coffee filters, trash bags, Tupperware, and dishwasher pods. We brought extra of those things though just in case but it was nice to not have to use our stuff. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back with my family again and stay here. You truly just can’t beat this spot. My only complaint about this place was the back door - it needs some work as it’s hard to open and there’s no code on it so you have to use the front door to ensure the room is locked. But overall, great experience!!!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay! Easy access to the beach! Unit is nice, needs to be upgraded, and have more kitchenware so that the kitchen can be used. The maintenance and customer service were quick and efficient! We enjoyed our stay!

Good spot for girls trip!

This is a nice place in a good location. Easy access to the beach with a nice outdoor area with chairs. Chair rental is right there- no beach stuff in the condo. I would not say that shopping and restaurants are within walking distance, especially in the summer heat. Beds are fine. Bunk beds are definitely better suited for kids! Bathrooms are a bit dated but functional. Kitchen is well equipped and common areas are spacious and comfortable. We had a great time and were a comfortable group of 5. Not fancy but a great location and reasonably priced.

Get away weekend disappointment! 1st flr by bbq area

The beachfront condo at Suntide II, listed on VRBO fell short of expectations despite careful consideration of available amenities. Outdated decor, dirty upholstery, inadequate maintenance, and unresponsive management added to our disappointment. However, we appreciated the ample bedroom privacy and individual bathrooms. Our requests for an iron and ironing board were ignored, and the construction outside our door was not disclosed in the VRBO listing, contrary to what we were told by Albert at Padre Island Rentals. The construction crew and uninvited men loitering near the condo windows and pool area made it difficult to enjoy our beachfront view. A week later, we are still waiting for a call from the manager, Matthew, to address our concerns.

Great winter getaway

2nd time going over Christmas break. There during New Year’s Eve, which was fun. Great fireworks show! Will definitely stay there again. 8 days isn’t long enough!!!

Great Spot Right on the Beach

Good location. Need a lot of maintenance on this property, specially bathrooms and Windows. Missing blinds. This apartment is located on the first floor. Overall was really good.

The property was perfect with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking.

Good. Only downside was the vertical blinds in the living room. There are a few missing slats which allowed others to see in and in one bedroom the slats allowed light in from an outside light. For both we hung We hung a beach towel to block. Overall great experience.

I loved the close beach access. The condo was clean, the wifi was great, and plenty of space for everyone. The property parking is limited but public parking is available right across the street. It does not have a washer-dryer in the condo. The pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. I would definitely re-book in the future.

Unacceptable conditions (without the pandemic)

Total complex had no water or cleaning facilities. Toilets had to be filled with pool water many time each day, as everyone else was doing. No on site, or off site, managers response & a lack of communication. Water not restored while we were there. Other amenities were lacking too.

It was just okay.

This is the second time we have stayed at a property managed by Padre Island Rentals. Our first experience was great. We were a little disappointed in this stay. It wasn't as clean as our first condo we stayed in. Floors were very dirty. The unit had 3 bedrooms, 3 baths. One hair dryer and it didn't work. TV in only 1 bedroom and listing said TV's in all bedrooms. Kitchen could use some new pots and pans. Only half of the toaster worked. Also it was missing some items such as no working can opener, no bottle opener, just to name a few. Remote control for the TV in the living room needs attention. Location was very good in the complex as well as on the island.

Cozy amazing sunrise

Electrical issues with kitchen appliances breaker kept tripping every time using dishwasher or oven this was very frustrating, bathroom shower needs attention looks like black mold, stains in carpets, bathroom fans need cleaned. Other than minor issues the accommodations were wonderful we would definitely stay again.

Good location and price

The property was set in a great area and with the bottom corner unit we had easy in and out access to the pool , beach, and parking areas. The only real down fall was the first three out of fives days and nights were awful we had to either go to my sisters down the street to eat and visit or do it outside the unit due to the raw sewage smell coming from inside the units vents or somewhere ? Cause the neighbors on the other side of us had the same problem for the weekend while there were their too. It was a real embarrassing downfall. Other wise there was a lot one mold in one of the bathrooms so we stayed mostly out of it and used the others instead. But the place had clean sheets , bedding and towels and over all it was fine . It was big enough for our group and we would probably like to stay again after those issues are taken care of ...

7th year family vacation.

Room was not ready until 4:40. Check in was at 4:00. The property was great. For this complex one of the few 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Only negative was the check in time. This was our 7th year staying at Suntide ii. Love this condo complex. Very family oriented and right on the beach. Nice that it had ice maker. Could use one more cookie sheet. We cook a lot of chicken nuggets, pizza, french fries. Overall it was awesome. This beach is always clean.

Spacious Condo

This condo is located on the beach with the sounds of the waves crashing outside your doors. 3 bedroom 3 bath are hard to find and this one was set up perfectly for our family. One room had three twin beds. The other two twins with two built in bunk beds and very comfortable king size bed in the other room. Plenty of room to move around in and well equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean and in good working condition. Condo unit has a nice size pool and hot tub. Couches were super comfortable and there were plenty of chairs for everyone. Highly recommend you stay here.
