The house is the perfect beach house for your family, for it is located on a quiet street, although you are 1 minutes away for all the restaurants and beach.
My husband is a Physician that works ALL the time and I travel most of the time, therefore we rent out the house.

If you have children and or dogs, this is the property for you.
We are pet friendly, which is a savings in it self.
The Bay beach offers a playground for your small children, the older ones have the Bay 5 yards away to go out on with the water sports.
It is also a great location, for your teenagers have some independence walking to the beach, town and tennis courts, which frees you up.
Oh did I mention the pool and the outdoor shower has hot water.
We are pet friendly, which is a savings in it self.
