Great location!!
Riverview from your deck and river access. Partial lake views. Watch the boats float by on the beautiful Nottawasaga river on your deck or simply walk 2 minutes across the bridge and you're easily in the Beach 1 area.

Simple 2 bedroom cottage with a deck with a view. Sleeps up to 6 people. 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. Double pull out futon in the living room.
Full kitchen, A/C, WIFI, Flatscreen, Fire Stick streaming.
Restaurant and jetski rentals on-site - how fun is that!? Playground, tennis court and walking trails an easy walk away.
6 communal BBQs and communal fire pit. Space for (2) Cars Only - no extras please.

Please note that this is not a party place. And with that, no visitors. Our preference is to groups, families, couples who can respect their fellow vacationers on the property.

Communication with the host was excellent, but with Vrbo was terrible. The cottage was nice, there was a dresser, but no clorset or hook on the wall to hange clothes that don't want to be folded. Also not enough lighting, but I guess doesn't really matter during the summer.

Lit pas très confortable. Mais l’endroit est très bien situé, le meilleur spot de la place à mon avis. L’endroit semble un peu abandonné, beaucoup de boutiques fermées et les restaurants ferme tôt.

These cabins are in a great location near the main public beach in Wasaga Beach. The area in front of the property on the river is nicely stocked with picnic tables and chairs. The interior of Cottage 3 was a little smaller than I expected but it was clean with a well equipped kitchen- appliances and utensils. Little things were an issue particularly since we had 5 people…. only four towels allowed, no hooks or cupboards for clothing, virtually nowhere to sit inside. The unit is advertised for 6 based on a futon couch . We had 3 adults and two very young children … blessed that the weather was good because it was very tight . Overall, it was a good experience but I would rate it as fair given the price of over $300/ night with taxes and service fee.
