Our recently renovated home is within the historic precinct of Arrowtown. Just walking distance to the village centre with an ample choice of award winning restaurants, cafes and movie theatre. Coronet ski field is just a 15 minute drive away.
It is well insulated , has double glazing, and is north facing.
The cottage has 3 generous bedrooms, 2 beautiful bathrooms and open plan living and kitchen.
The kitchen is an entertainer's delight, with a 6 burner gas cooker and large oven.

A holiday home should be a place to relax and unwind. This has certainly been taken into account with the preparation of Duffs Cottage. While maintaining a simple and minimal aesthetic, the goal was to provide comfort and relaxation to guests.

To enhance the spacious and light-filled rooms, the owners meticulously renovated the building. It was important to keep the character of the building, but modernize it. In the same way, the decor is in harmony with the natural surroundings, which draws your eyes to the breathtaking views. As a result of these thoughtful touches, you will feel comfortable and relaxed at Duff's cottage during your stay.

On cold, snowy nights, a traditional wood burner keeps you warm in the open plan living area. The addition of faux fur throws and velvet stools adds a luxurious touch. Furthermore, it has a north-facing aspect and is double-glazed, so it is very cosy. With no clutter, clean lines, and the way the sun filters through the blinds, this cottage has a Zen-like feel.

The open plan living area has a great indoor-outdoor flow. Mainly due to the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that open up onto the side of the house. This outdoor area has a small shaded deck in a private setting. Therefore allowing enough space for al fresco dining in the warmer temperatures and a safe place for the kids to play.

The large kitchen is ideal for entertaining, complete with a six-burner gas cooker and a large oven. You will enjoy preparing meals here with all-new stainless steel appliances and custom cabinetry with plenty of storage.

There is also a substantial breakfast counter that seats three people, making it a great place to get together in the evening to share your day's adventures.

Sarah’s place was very nice, made us feel right at home. Everything was neat and well maintained. Would recommend this place to everyone looking for a great and comfy place to stay.
1. Observe and respect the arrival and departure times
2. Tidy away dishes, leaving the kitchen as you find it.
3. Remove footwear inside, and use the coasters provided.
4. Outdoor balconies must be vacated between 10pm and 7am. Disturbances will be taken very seriously.
5. Reservation is strictly limited to the confirmed guests only.
