The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining, separate lounge area, courtyard, laundry and double lock-up garage.

There are 3 queen beds for sleeping. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. The family bathroom has a large shower and large vanity, with a separate toilet!

The location of Beachside on Kent is the best feature. Located in central Bussselton, walking distance of 1km to the city centre, the Busselton Jetty Precinct is 1.5km from the unit and the nearest beach is 500m away.

The unit is fully self contained with all linen and towels provided along with tea and coffee facilities, full kitchen and laundry facility. For families, the addition of a high chair and cot ensures that even the youngest guests are comfortably accommodated.

All bed linen and bath towels are provided for the number of guests booked which is supplied by a professional linen company. .

- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection.

To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
