Nice view. Comfortable bed. Quiet place.Dishwasher was not emptied when we arrived and we had to launch a new washing cycle because there was mould inside. We didn't mind.
Our stay at Byadbo was lovely and we had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. Place was very clean and Ron was a gracious host, always responsive and happy to give advice. The accomodation is great too, really well situated in the heart of Thredbo and close to food and all the fun.
Loved this cute apartment on two levels, great location in the village of Thredbo with stunnings views over tothe mountain. Well equipped kitchen and all super comfortable. Highly recommend!
The apartment had everything you needed. Was clean, comfortable and well laid out. It was a bit of a climb to reach, but views were well worth the effort.
Great little apartment, has everything that you need, great location for us. Walking distance to shops for those top ups, nice and private.
As a courtesy, If you do stay, please clean it well for the next person.
Reasonably priced apartment with great views of the mountain. We have stayed at 10 difference places in Thredbo over the years and enjoyed this the most.
Pros: Quiet, good views, well equipped, comfy bed, central location, near to parking, value for money
Cons: Could be a lot of steps up to the front door if climbing stairs are a problem for you

Great Value Stay
We needed accommodation near the hiking trails, and the location was great. Bonus points for great views and the cockatoos that visited us every day! The biggest drawback was the confusing cleaning instructions and supplies we needed to bring. The listing, confirmation, and signs at the property seemed to say different things.
Parking was a issue as we were there for mountain biking compition it was difficult to carry lots of gear up stairs

G'day Greg, thank you for your 5 star review. And yes, the "stairway to heaven" is a challenge, whether it be with ski boots and skis at the end of the day, or mountain bikes. The views from the elevated position, we believe more than compensate the effort to get there. Cheers Ron

Very average
Items left in the drier, 1 roll of toilet paper left for a 7 day stay, no linen, 2 dirty towels in a cupboard under the tv, got a message the night before to say cleaners are hard to find so you may find the property dirty, and wipes will be left for us to wipe down surfaces.
Great little apartment with a great view from both the living room and master bedroom.
Woke in the morning looking out the window with a beautiful view of the mountain and ski fields.
A short walk to the town shuttle bus stop and also only a few minutes walk to the village.
Things to note access to the apartment is up a path & a few set of stairs so pack light as there isn’t any parking. so it is a matter of dropping your luggage off and rushing them up to the apartment

Thank you for staying at, and enjoying our apartment so much. The one car only, half-off the road parking bay, is ok to unload your luggage for the 10 to 15-minutes that it takes; and then up the stairs, all worthwhile as you enjoy the view with a cold beer or wine to celebrate. Priceless

I had a wonderful week staying at this apartment. It’s big and beautiful, with all the comforts of home. There’s a fantastic view out over the mountains.
If you are working from home with a laptop, why not “work from home” from Thredbo? Then on the weekends I hiked to the top of Kosciusko, did the Merritt’s Nature walk, etc. A perfect working holiday.
Five stars!

Welcome to our apartment in Thredbo, I am sure you will agree that the views from the balcony to the mountains and ski-fields are just stunning, well worth the climb of the “Stairway to Heaven” as some wag once called them. BYADBO 7 is not disabled accessible
We are sure you will enjoy your time in BYADBO 7, as much as we the FIVE owners have over the last thirty years.
We now have the third generation of young skiers beating the pants off us older "experts"
Why they chose this property
The Village Vibe and skiing at Thredbo are unique in Australia. As a regular skier here the opportunity of owning our own apartment right in Thredbo has now enabled three generations to enjoy days of skiing together. Absolutely priceless memories!
What makes this property unique
Our first visit to our apartment was what made us fall in love with it. It was a cold but sunny day in winter, we had finished skiing around lunchtime, and thought to check-out what apartments were for sale.
We looked at a number of different ones all around the village. Some had the benefit of being able to stroll to the slopes, and that certainly had appeal, but even early in the afternoon they were in shadow and cold, with nothing in the way of views.
Then we visited Bydabo 7, the warmth from the mid-winter sun was beaming through the open balcony door. Add to this the absolute best views in all of Thredbo of the mountains and ski slopes; we were hooked.
And even some 30-years later we still marvel at the views right through each day. The morning has the first sun rays kissing the upper snowy slopes with golden light, and of course the apres-ski time afternoon, when the warmth of the sun coupled with the view, literally demands a celebratory beer or wine.
