Thank you for viewing our listing for our charming three bedroom, two bath home located in Southampton. The house is a ranch style home located on a quite dead end street Southampton.The house is located minutes from Southampton Village and lovely ocean beaches. It is minutes from the famous Coopers Beach on Meadow Lane in Southampton. There are three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have win beds the master has a king size bed. It has an eat in kitchen, separate dining room, living room and a den off the kitchen. Sliding glass doors off the den lead to a deck in the back yard. The deck has table and chairs for entertaing out doors as well as a BBQ gas grill. The backyard is fully fenced in. There is an in ground heated pool that has another deck around it with a second seating area.

Southampton Village offers many nice restaurants great shopping and art galleries. Southampton village is a five minute drive from our home as well as the Long Island Rail Road and the Hampton Jitney. Our home is also close to Shinnecock Hills Golf Club, National and Sebonac Golf Club


This is our family home and we rent to mature adults
