Fully renovated brand new cozy 2-bedroom 2 bath home on a beautiful 3/4 acre, no traffic! Walking distance to bay beach and playground and park in The Springs hamlet of East Hampton. Located on a very quiet dead-end street. Brand new pool, just built in the fall of 2021. Very private with deck overlooking the pool, huge fenced-in yard. Pool patio with lounge area and gas firepit.

46ft pool with bench seating in the pool, large gas firepit, lounges and umbrellas (separate charge for propane used to heat up the pool)

We had a wonderful stay. House was perfect. We loved how spacious and well laid out it was. So clean! We came early in the season so having the heated pool was so nice!

Great stay !Clean, new house in a quiet neighborhood in dead end street. House as all the amenities you could ask for - coffee maker, TVs, dishwasher, laundry.Huge, fenced great for playing with our dog.Very large pool perfect for swimming and playing, and quite deep towards one end.10 min walk to bayside beach (Maidstone) - our dog loved it there too :) Highly recommended !

Great family vacation

This home was even better than we expected! It was beautiful, clean and has such a warm welcome feeling. The pool is amazing. It exceeded our expectations and Anna and Marek were very helpful. We would definitely come back again.

Nice Hampton's retreat

The house was clean and well set up. A north shore beach nearby and 10 minute drive from East Hampton. We enjoyed are stay very much.

Excellent stay in Easthampton!

Checking into the property was a breeze! The house is absolutely beautiful - clean and very well maintained. The pool is incredible - it was a very cool weekend but the hosts kept the pool nice and warm for us the entire stay! My 7 year old was never bored - between the pool, the games and smart TVs she was in heaven. The property has a beautifully manicured lawn in a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. It was so nice and peaceful and the firepit made it so cozy and enjoyable. It was a fantastic stay and the hosts were super easy to communicate with and even offered great recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will likely be back!

Relaxing stay in the Hamptons

We had a great time at Marek & Anna’s house. The pool was huge and we were walking distance to the beach, coffee shop & Rita’s cantina. The beds were really comfortable. We enjoyed grilling and sitting out on the deck. We’d definitely like to return again!

A beautifully Updated “Smart” Home with a great pool

Incredible stay in this perfectly remodeled smart home with a stunning pool. Everything is updated: pool, kitchen, bedrooms/mattresses and showers. Marek and Anne are also “super hosts” (10 stars) on dinner recommendations and points of interest. Local restaurants: Happy Hour for sushi at Sunset Harbor, Lobster Tostada at Rita Catina and Springs Tavern and Grill. Great stay with great hosts.

Rest, relax enjoy!

It was a perfect getaway that was thoroughly enjoyed by the three of us (our dog, my daughter and myself). The house, property and pool area is well maintained and thoughtfully cared for. There were many activities to take advantage of in the area as well as enjoying the relaxing down time at the cozy house and beautiful pool area. No regrets from any of us related to this stay. A winner!

Heaven on Earth

We cherish our stay here! The home is darling, completely new, and the owners thought of everything-right down to your beach towels! The location is magic-the pool and yard are beautiful and big! The neighborhood is darling-you are minutes from the beach, and Rita Cantina, and The Springs dog park which is an Eden! You are minutes from everything! We will be coming back and this is now our place where we can come and breathe and destress from life! Many thanks and gratitude to the Janotas- they are the perfect hosts!

Wonderful vacation property!

This house, with newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen, was immaculate. It's located on a quiet street with a lovely backyard. Anna and Marek, the hosts, responded to texts quickly, and left welcoming bottles of water, wine and coffee. The pool and backyard area are nicely laid out with shaded area, fire pit, and plenty of pool toys. There is a bay beach and well known local Mexican restaurant within a 10-minute walk. The village of East Hampton is also 10 minutes by car. It was a peaceful vacation in a comfortable spot. I couldn't have asked for anything more!!

Wonderful Cottage

We had a lovely stay! The home is very well appointed, extremely clean and has everything you could need. I had my 3 month old son with me and Marek kindly provided baby wipes, a bottle Brush and baby safe dish soap (without me asking). So thoughtful! All the little touches made for such a pleasant stay. From gourmet coffee pods to beach towels to beach chairs and games they covered all the bases. You feel like you’re staying at a hotel cottage (not someone’s home). Nice linens and towels etc. They were also extremely accommodating with an early check in and late check out. Highly recommend a stay here!

Charming Bungalow near the Beach.

Perfect spot for visiting East Hampton. A few miles out of town away from the commotion of Main Street and the town center.. We had events and a wedding near by at East Hampton Point Resort & Marina which worked well (less than a mile away). If you want to totally relax by the pool day or night this quiet yard has comfy patio chairs and a gas fire pit or you could read or nap in the hammock. The kitchen had everything you need as well as a great stove. The bathrooms were bright and cheery and bed very comfortable. House is perfect for a small family or two couples. It would be too small for more. Fenced in yard was a nice addition especially if we brought our dogs along. It wasn’t warm enough to swim but, the pool is heated and the outdoor shower a nice touch. Also loved the deck off the kitchen. We will recommend to others for sure but, with the caveat that we were paying shoulder season pay icing. Lovely hosts who have a nice eye for comfort and design to make renters happy!!

Beautiful property in the Springs

A lovely, thoughtfully renovated home on a large lot with great outdoor space. The interior of the home is clean, attractive and offers valued amenities. The outdoor space offers a welcoming porch, a fenced in area with room to run around and a beautifully designed pool area. The owner is quick to respond if any questions arise and the location is convenient for walking to Maidstone Beach or S&S Coffee Shop and other area attractions. A welcome respite and highly recommended.

Perfect retreat!

Marek and Anna were the perfect hosts! This small house is perfectly appointed. Had everything you could need. We mentioned a corn hole set to Marek and it appeared in a day or so. Would definitely stay here again. Soooo relaxing!

Quiet reteat

The house was exactly as it appeared online. It's just been renovated and is very clean. The pool and yard are large and also very tidy. It's in a very quiet area of the East Hampton Springs and is walking distance to a market and Mexican restaurant (Rita's) which has great food and cocktails. It's also just a short drive to Si Si and Bostwick's on the Harbor. The owners were attentive and welcoming.

Perfect summer getaway!!

I cannot say enough good things about this fantastic property - I highly recommend it! The cottage is brand new and very comfortable. Everything was provided - from beach towels to shampoo and soap in the shower. The beds were extremely comfortable. The outdoor space is amazing - from the fenced in pool to the hammock to the deck. It is a really quiet spot too which is fantastic.
