LOVE IT HERE

We are just in 2 days and we already love it here! Booking straight up to arrival was smoothe sailing. I received all information regarding the vacation home well in advance! My family of 5 are very comfortable and we are feeling right at home. You can tell there have been some upgrades throughout the home, the kitchen and living areas especially. The washer and dryer are added bonus! Enough towels and then some for our family. The community is very quiet too...we love that. We definitely see ourselves staying here again.

Everything works as it should. Main floor is decorated tastefully. Not much seating. No closets on main floor. 5 tea spoons is a bit unusual. Only one serving dish that we can find , difficult to serve food to the table with no serving bowls.

On the plus.... The property is in a great location to access Disney and major roads. Not to far from the grocery stores. Clean with the exception of dust on the lights. Access to the club house and other pools although they are a short drive away. Toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, soap, towels ect were provided. We emailed maintenance regarding some issues. They came out the same day and resolved the toilet flush The down side.... The constant hum from the I4 day & night. We booked for 16 night after reviewing the photos and seeing a lazy river & slides for the family. Great, but to our disappointment, access to the pool shown in the property description isn't included! I learnt this a few day's before flying from the UK after receiving the welcome email. It was too late to cancel. It would cost a further $26+ tax pp each day to use the pool fefeatured. GUTTED! Theres a number of things that need attention, like no home phone, so you can't contact maintenance (other than through email) or order in a pizza. Broken lamp, dead bulbs, the toilet seat is very worn and looks nasty. The closets were non usable in two of the bedrooms as there's broken furniture, blankets, hoover ect stored in them. The beds are so close to the closet door, you can't open them properly to store items even if they were empty. No access to the garage or to the lower floor closet. Meaning nowhere to put wet swim wear overnight, store bags and the list is goes on. We wont stay in this property again.

There were bugs on the floors, per the owner they has pest control come and that was the reason for the bugs, but I couldn’t help but wonder if the property was cleaned..why were there still bugs? Also, only one wash cloth for the entire condo. There was zero toilet paper. My husband was on the commode, and a picture came off the wall, with the glass breaking on him. Overall the experience was poor compared to the last time we stayed there.

Great location and home

We have stayed at this property a few times with the previous owners who were lovely. Dan was very prompt in replying to questions that I had and also a pleasure to deal with. We stayed for 4 weeks . We always stay here due to the location and the size of the house is just right for us and we are familiar with everything. I asked for an extra clothes drying rack and it was on the doorstep the next day from Amazon . Plenty of towels , the beds are comfy , air con works great . Pool is 1 min walk away and most of the time it was just us in there . Patrol car went around every day checking everything was ok. We would book again when the time comes to travel to the USA again. Before we departed I stripped the beds , Vacuumed , sweeped , washed all work tops & tables down . Washed and dried all towels including tea towels . The housekeeping turned up 15 mins early so I asked if she wanted the new hair straighteners I’d bought and unopened food and water , alcohol etc which she was really happy with . Thanks for a great stay Dan .

Nice property, clean, just like the pictures. Would be great if they provided extra rolls of toilet paper, there was only one for each bathroom.

A good value and pleasant stay

Pro: 1. Communication is outstanding. Dan responded timely and professionally to all my questions and inquiries. We canceled another booking due to lack of response and paid extras for this property and feel it’s money well spent. 2. Check in and out processes are simple and streamlined 3. Property is tastefully renovated and well stocked with towels and utensils. 4. Even thought initially we were a little caught off guard by the proximity of a busy street in the back of the golf patch, the noise actually is not bad at all and hardly bother us at night from the master bedroom side. The other side facing the community is super quiet. 5. Location is convenient for golfing (6 golf courses within 10 minutes) and theme parks (30 min max) Con: 1. If you stay more than 2 days, make sure bring /buy extra rolls of toilet paper. The roll is tiny and runs out in 2 days. Read the check-in email in its entirety and bring other necessities such as garbage bags paper towels and detergent as explained in the email. 2. My husband and I like to take a walk after dinner but this community is too tiny for that. Probably a non-issue for most people. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool and check out the clubhouse. 3. Washer and dryer are loud as another reviewer mentioned. We try to only use them while out.

A home away from home

It was straight forward and a simple process. The home was easy to find and accessible. Its exactly as described online. I loved the balcony outside the master bedroom, when you open the curtains in the morning, the light shinning on the clean white bed is heavenly. It is tempting to just stay in bed for the day. The only disadvantage is that at night you can hear the traffic on the road, loud and clear from the master bedroom. The rest of the home was clean and perfect for us. All the beds were comfortable, with extra bedding if needed. the washer is upstairs is loud so don't do any laundry at night. The home had a lot of towels even though we brought our own towels. We didn't really use the dining table. The island became the breakfast spot for everyone, for once all teenagers sat with us for breakfast. The living was pretty, with a large smart tv, but everyone retired to their rooms at the end of the day so we really didn't use the living room as much.We didn't use the pool due to the cold, it is not heated. It's a great place if you plan on spending alot of time away but as far as the community itself, it does not have alot of ammenities. I would rent from them again.
